A: Hello, I am sorry for any confusion ! It is important to note: Nordic Ware has two major types of construction for Bundt Pans. Cast Aluminum and Formed Aluminum. The Nordic Ware 12 Cup Aluminum Formed Bundt pan is a Formed aluminum pan. The color serves a purely aesthetic purpose and does not impact performance in any way. Much of the decision, when choosing which construction you prefer, is based on personal choice. Both perform and release well ♥! Many people will choose the Formed pans for the ease of lifting the pan, even when filled with batter, lower price point, beauty of the design, and faster baking time. Light but sharp edges
Light but the edges are sharp. Sticks too so you have to put lots of butter on the pan. I don’t use spray stuff to much chemicals. As you can see the cake doesn’t want to come out . Not sure what to do ?
