Q: can you make traditional yeast rising bread in this pan???

A: Hello, Yes - the Nordic Ware Cinnamon bread and almond loaf pan can be used when making a traditional yeast bread. It will make a beautiful presentation ! Note: unlike a traditional loaf pan, when the bread is removed from the pan, the bottom becomes the top - to show off that beautiful pattern. It is perfect for Swedish Almond Cake! I didn't know, until I researched, that Nordic Ware made this style of baking pan!!
