Notes From the Soul - by Marcella Carroll (Paperback)

Book Synopsis

Notes from the Soul, Volume One shares valuable insight Marcella Carroll learned from moving out of her comfort zone and embracing the unknown.

Marcella's life was active and busy, her mind in perpetual motion. Just as there was no space between her daily activities and responsibilities, there was no space between her steady stream of thoughts, which were filled with fears, doubts, and what- ifs. And then life delivered her a dramatic wake-up call, forcing her to pivot from the life she had always known into uncharted territory.

Notes from the Soul, Volume One is the balm every overactive and overworked person needs. In these pages, Marcella shares fifty- two simple messages from the lessons she learned as she radically restructured her life to help readers pause, listen, and learn to reconnect to the voice within. Take a few minutes for yourself, disconnect from the external world, and connect with your inner wisdom. Not only will you benefit from the peace, but everyone around you may, too.
