Description
NUK® Smooth Flow Bottles are the anti-colic solution for bottle feeding, featuring a unique nipple design that allows baby to control the flow rate for colic-free feeding. This newborn gift set includes: two 5-oz bottles with slow flow nipples and two 10-oz bottles with medium flow nipples; 3 NUK® orthodontic silicone pacifiers; Learner Cup transition kit; and 2 fast flow nipples. This Smooth Flow bottle nipple adjusts the flow based on how your baby drinks, adapting to their suction strength to ensure they will always have the right flow rate. The SafeTemp™ temperature indicator lets you know when milk is too hot with just a glance. The blue thermometer indicator fades when milk is too hot and reappears when milk has cooled and is safe to drink. The two-piece Learner Cup transition kit includes a soft spout and handles, to easily transform your 5 oz bottle into a sippy cup when your child is ready.

Best bottle ever
When you try thousands bottles and your kid refuses it, my advice is to try with NUC Anti-Colic, my son accepts it immediately even though he is a breastfeeding kid.

Love the temperature indicator!

Great nipple shape
My son is super picky about nipple shape/size and this is one of the few bottles he’ll drink out of. Would have given it 5 stars, but as I was gifted this bottle (without original packaging) I have no idea how to tell the nipple flow. Have searched everywhere for an answer but without the other size nipple I have nothing to compare to.

Great for my 4mth old colic son
I bought these when my son was almost 2mths old. It was way to much flow for him! So I put them aside and revisited them once he seemed like he was outgrowing the nipple to another bottle brand. These are perfect for him at 4mths! The first few feedings he was getting use to the flow of the suction, but caught onto it very quick. He loves them and its helped transition to the flow of sippy cups as well! Only reason for knocking off a star is because it stated for 0+mths and it definitely was not for my son. The flow was way to fast when he was that young.

PLEASE DO NOT GET! SAVE UR BABY
I used these since my son was born. He’d always spit up his milk and choke constantly to the point that I thought it was his milk. I’d change the formula couple times until I noticed at 3 1/2 months that it was the bottle!!! I feel so bad I noticed so late. Changed to the Philips Avent bottles and they’re the best! Please DO NOT GET THESE.

Too fast flow
As a breastfeeding mom I specifically looked for slow flow bottles to not overwhelm my baby with milk. This Y cut nipple type allows milk to flow out so fast he chokes.

Great shape, but flow is way to fast.
My 1 week old needed a faster flow nipple or something she could control. Saw the smooth flow bottles and she seemed to like the shape of the nipple, but after just a few sucks, the y cut split open even more and she just got flooded. The nippers themselves just seem very thin and fragile. Very disappointing because these bottles were one of the more expensive ones on the shelf.

The BEST Bottle
I have been searching for a good bottle. My baby is about to be 5 months old and I’ve purchased many bottles. I exclusively pump for my baby and all my other bottles leak so bad. It’s heartbreaking when you work so hard and have the bottle leak your breast milk. Today was my first day using the NUK bottles and I’m 100% sold! They don’t leak and my baby loves them!! So happy we finally found a good bottle that doesn’t leak and my baby loves.

Too fast for a new born
I got the nuk bottles because I’ve liked them since my first born and never had any issues. I noticed for my third I got them again and now the nipple has a different slit and not the small hole as before. That slit makes the milk flow faster and it was difficult for my 1 month old to keep up. I had to find the old nipples online and he does so much better. No issues. The nipples I have you can even see where the previous hole was sealed and the new slit was made. Personally I think they should go back to the S and M style nipples.

Nipple stretches
After going through multiple bottles with my 7 week old baby I was excited when I found it this bottle because it didn’t seem to drown to him and he was not choking. I then went and brought 2 packs of the Disney bottle sets. After a couple uses, the nipple stretched and he was drowning and choking! This bottle says 0+ but DO NOT GIVE TO YOUR NEWBORN! Older baby may be fine but newborn.. no way!!!

I just bought this bottle for my son,I got the 1 pack teal white stars and dots I think it seems like a good bottle but my only issue is, I think the vent is causing, the formula to spill down his chin.but I like that he can control the flow of the bottle that seems to be great for him.

Daughter dislikes larger size nipples
I was very happy with this set until my daughter needed to size up on the nipple. She refuses the new nipples because they’re a different size. The larger size is physically larger. If it was just more holes for faster flow but the same smaller nipple, she wouldn’t whine, but she refuses to use the larger size. I didn’t breastfeed and bought these purely for the cute design on the bottle. I should have picked bottles with round nipples so it could be inserted into baby’s mouth in any direction. It’s most problematic when friends and family want to feed her and they’re giving her the bottle top side down.

Love them after
So I purchased these bottles because they came highly recommended. I was so excited to get a good review from the sitter once I returned to work because my little guy is a breastfeed baby so I was skeptical. Well she told me after fighting with him for 10 mins because he kept refusing the bottle not because he didn’t want it but because the nipples had no holes in them. It was a easy fix and I must say he loves them and so do I.

Milk comes out way too quickly.
I bought these bottles thinking they would be better for my month old daughter compared to Avent bottles. Nuk smooth flow bottles literally drown your baby regardless of position baby or bottle is in. I do not recommend unless your baby can keep up with a constant stream of milk.
