Nuloom Becca Traditional Tiled Area Rug

When the company sent this rug to me, they rolled and folded the rug so it is still crumpled down the middle. Been almost a month and the rug is still unusable.

Love the color and design

The carpet was an excellent price and good quality but non of that matters if it comes rolled and folded and stained I can get it to flatten out it looks terrible. Any tips/ suggestions?

Rug is just what I wanted however after 3 weeks and putting weights on edges, rug still doesn’t lay flat!

I do not recommend ordering from this vendor. This is my second time ordering a large rug and the second time the rug arrived FOLDED rather than rolled. The rug does not even come close to laying flat and has horrible creases. When I called customer service I was advised this was a Target ‘Partner’ and the feedback would be shared. Buyer beware!

This runner gives off a chemical smell that my spouse cannot tolerate so we have not been able to place it in our bedroom yet. We ordered a living room rug a few years ago with no chemical smell issues (fortunately) so was disappointed to have this issue with the runner. It's also taking a long time to flatten and the edge corners keep coming up so that makes it a trip hazard.

It is even more beautiful in person. The colors are as shown in the photos.

Much darker than expected and not crazy about color

This rug feels very cheap and looks nothing like the pictures. I actually wonder if they sent me the wrong rug! Going back, and has to be shipped, target won’t accept it in the store, it’s actually sold by a 3rd party which I didn’t realize. So annoying!

Will not lay flat even after two weeks of weighing it down! Looks cheap. Wish I returned it.

Colors are perfect. Softer backing would be nice.

This rug is huge and just absolutely beautiful! So soft and really gives my space personality! I already had the smaller version in my dining room and I knew I’d love it for my living room. Will definitely purchase this brand again.

I was really excited when this rug arrived. I set it up in my bedroom and thought to was so beautiful. The larger rugs (this one is 9'x12') arrive folded, not rolled, so I expected a period of having to get the crease marks out as I have with previous rugs. However, this rug has been a nightmare. Other posts show heavy furniture on the rug and it lays flat, I have not had the same experience. The rug is pretty thin and the backing is pretty stiff. There doesn't seem to be enough weight to it to make it lay flat. No matter what I do, the rug keeps bunching up into large waves/rolls. It's pretty but soooo not functional. I want to love it but I'm ready to toss it in the trash. I've had it about 2 months and I'm done with the nightmare of this rug, I'm giving up on it. It's so disappointing.

color was bland, material was cheap, wanted to love it but didn't. now I need to send back or donate it

This rug is beautiful. The colors are even more pronounced than the picture showed which I love. It goes so well with my other furniture. I had to lay a box of another item I bought on it to flatten it out, because it comes folded. But I know it would be difficult to ship if it were rolled up, so I’m ok with pressing the folds out. It even arrived early, giving me time to do so. Very happy with it overall.

The color of the rug is perfect! It came folded and we’re having a lot of trouble getting the creases out and having the rug lay flat!
