Description
The Luxury Vinyl Plank Safe Rug Pad is engineered specifically for vinyl plank and tile flooring, constructed of felt and an EVA non slip backing. This pad is designed without rubber and latex, and does not contain harmful plasticizers, such as phthalates, that can react with certain floor finishes. Its closed cell backing provides a moisture barrier, stopping spills and pet accidents alike from seeping through to your floor

Great Rug Pad

They grip the floor nicely, add a bit of cushion and also keep my area rugs from moving around. Seems like such a simple thing but it’s really not so I am really happy that I found these! Perfect for washable Rug
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect companion for washable rugs. Rug is secure and also gives just enough slight cushioning to make the rug feel enjoyable underfoot. This pad is under all our washable rugs. Trimmed one for fit and it was easy, used regular household scissors. Pad seems well made, no complaints. Glad I made the purchase.

This has to be the best rug pad I have ever purchased.We have newly installed lvp flooring and wanted something that was safe for it.Took out of package and laid flat overnight and all wrinkles and creases came out and was ready to use.Nice weight thin enough which is what I wanted and even took out some of the bunched up areas that were in my rug.Both lay perfectly.Really fast shipping and nice secure packaging.A breeze to trim to size also.Would definitely purchase again.Thank you.

Just what I needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I moved to a new apartment with LVP — my first experience with this type of flooring — and I wanted to make sure the rug pads I used were compatible. I’ve bought three so far and am very happy with my decision. The quarter inch of padding is thick enough to make every rug feel more luxurious, yet they are also relatively easy to cut with regular household scissors. They come folded, but they flatten out completely within a day or two.

Rug pad for vinyl plank flooring
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was an experience having to lay this 8x10 pad in an area big enough for me to trim it down to fit a 6’7”x9’ area rug. Cut it a little bigger than what the rug is then it’s easier to cut a bit more to have it just right. Took some time but I am happy with results

Hoping for the best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pads are now on the LVP floors that we just had installed. At this point it's unknown if the pad will have any adverse effect on the vinyl. The pad is very well made (solid and thick) and with the backing it will surely protect the floor from liquids. However, it does slip a bit. Hoping as it acclimates it will get 'stickier'.

I needed a pad that would keep my fairly thin rug from slipping around on my vinyl floor—my cat would shift the rug around when she does zoomies. This rug pad is perfect! No movement at all, and adds some cushioning. I won’t hesitate to buy again.

LVP Safe?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 comments.The rug description on line said LVP approved for vinyl plank floors. The package description label said "Premium Pet Pad" and no mention of LVP approved. That was a big concern and we had to call Rugusa.Second the rug is to be 1/4 thick but it is onthe light side of 1/4. Seems it is LVP OK but should be cleared up on labeling.
