The Luxury Vinyl Plank Safe Rug Pad is engineered specifically for vinyl plank and tile flooring, constructed of felt and an EVA non slip backing. This pad is designed without rubber and latex, and does not contain harmful plasticizers, such as phthalates, that can react with certain floor finishes. Its closed cell backing provides a moisture barrier, stopping spills and pet accidents alike from seeping through to your floor.

    8x10 slightly off size

    I purchased the Nuloom washable rug with this pad in 8x10. After a lot of work to straighten, pull and relax the rug, the pad is sticking out about an inch. The line hanging out is also crooked which leads me to believe the pad is not symmetrical. They should make the pad a few millimeters smaller than the rug and ensure it is straight. This has been a lot of energy Nd very annoying. I’d return it if I didn’t like the rug so much and hadn’t wasted so much time moving furniture and trying to make this work. Also, a large rug is no use being machine washable. It is too large for washing machines and is easier to use a rug shampooer.
