This is not a bad rug, it is well designed and it is difficult to find a well designed irregular shaped rug

Rug will not stop shedding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi there, Since receiving this rug, it has been shedding beyond what is normal for a new rug. I thought it was something that would get better after a few weeks of use but the problem is persisting. Each day I am in my office I am pulling huge clumps of fuzz off of the rug itself and my floors. I don't think this is normal and I'm wondering if it's still possible to return and have it refunded for this reason.

Great unique rug!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rug works so well in our living room. We wanted more color and for it to tie into our teal dining room. It’s very plush and our dogs love it. It’s easy to vacuum. It’s a bit scratchy but feels super high end. It was easy to cut the rug mat to fit the unique shape too (with some heavy duty scissors from the hardware store). It’s been easy to keep clean because water doesn’t soak in immediately.

3 Months in...still sheds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get that shedding is normal, but this one doesn’t stop. I pulled out loose fibers and they’re everywhere in the rug hair. The pictures are just a small fraction of what I ended up removing—almost enough to make another rug—and I was still pulling more out. Avoid this rug at all costs.

Terrible quality, sheds everywhere

Terrible terrible quality, this rug is so beautiful but it sheds like a dog. You literally have to vacuum it everyday and even then the fabrics end up all over your home, this was a waste of money. The rug has shed so bad in only 3 months that half of the fabric is gone.

Stcuk between a 3 and 4 star rating because of the shedding!

Love the is rug! The colors are VERY slightly lighter than the photo but it looks great in our space still. The shape was the selling point- so unique and adds so much character without having to add much else. The only complaint we have is that it has been shedding tiny fibers quite a bit. We’re going to try a rug treatment on it to sort of vacuum and scrape the top layer off but otherwise, the fibers are more-so just annoying when we have black socks, etc. walk across it.

Sheds a ton!

This rug sheds like crazy. Every time I vacuum it, it fills up the vacuum. The fibers are everywhere. The vacuum tracks them all over the house. When my cat lays on the rug, the fibers are all over him. It’s bad. I got the grey rug. The greys aren’t as dark in person. Don’t buy this.

Not just muted colors, looks DIRTY

This rug, as the other reviews noted, looks more muted than the photos on the website. So much so that I'd wager the photos were significantly manipulated, or they were completely different wool colors. But not only that -- the rug looks DIRTY. Like the wool was dingy and even mixed with other colors. There are some red, white, and dark brown threads mixed in when you look closely. Also don't love the pale blue edging below the yellow border. It feels pretty nice and plush, and I love the abstract shape/design. I have brushed it with a fabric brush twice and vacuumed with my carpet Dyson 3 times, and it's still shedding. The lines between the colors also aren't smooth - there are some odd jogs. Would not recommend this rug.
