Don’t Bother

I waited for this rug for months and when I got it I found out you can see every single footstep you take. I have never been so annoyed by a rug before. Save yourself the countless hours and headaches this rug will bring you and don’t buy it. Don’t even think about buying this rug.

I really want to like it....

I am so disappointed. I spent months trying to find the perfect rug and loved that Rugs USA had the feature to view in your home with AI. I knew that it would be perfect but this rug looks completely different. I ordered a beige and the photos online make it look like a darker beige but the rug I got looks silver... not only that the material shows every single mark. The photos taken are just from me removing it from the wrapping and setting it up. The last photo is what the AI told me it would look like. I have looked at the rug with the blinds closed and opened and it looks silver.

Not true to color

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reflective whiter/shiny part of the rug displays a lighter blue than the grey/mauve blue I was hoping for. I think of it like a zen garden, but without the zen, because I constantly have to swipe the rug to be in the shade I like. My footsteps and paw prints also show. Otherwise, the texture is soft and plush.

So cheapo, super reflective, shows every footprint

Super reflective so it almost looks white sometimes, and every footprint pushes the groan and appears significantly darker than the rest of the rug. It’s awful. Also the border looks so cheapo. Do not buy seriously spend this 200 toward a wool rug.

Just No

Footprints

I want to like this rug so badly, but every single footprint is visible when you walk on it. Like you can see each individual toe. I think it is very distracting, although I do like the color and it is very soft. Also it came with patches of the fiber missing.

The fibers do move when you walk on them, this is the design intent for rugs like this, the feeling is super lux. We love it.

Disappointed

I’ll be returning this rug for a few reasons: 1) color is inaccurate. The rust is much lighter than expected. 2) Walking on it leaves footprints. So when your pets walk on it, it looks like the rug is all splotchy and stained. 3) It’s pretty thin so the edges are curled up.. I don’t know if this will flatten out over time but I’m not taking the risk.

Not for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wanted to like this rug but it shows every footprint and mark because of how the fibers lay. It looks like completely different colors from opposite angles. I also don’t feel the color matches as to what’s online. I ordered the rust but it looks beige. It’s just distracting to look at. It’s very soft though. I am returning it.
