Taste is amazing! Tastes like fresh strawberries and a hint of lemonade. No syrup/ heavy sugar taste compared to other brands! Very easy to drink and flavors are great but not over powering!

If you’re looking to have some flavoring for your water to encourage you to drink more, then these are great. In terms of actual rehydration, they’re meh. The levels of electrolytes like sodium and potassium aren’t high enough to rebalance my body, and the sugars are a little high. The flavors are great, and I love how portable they are, but the product just doesn’t work for my needs.

I got these hydration tablets because I workout a lot in the heat and no matter how much water I drink I'm still constantly thirsty so I decided to try these. I gave it a 5 star because as soon as I took one my thirst went away and the next day I took another and I wasn't incredibly thirsty like I normally am. Even though I did give it 5 stars I don't like the way it tastes, it's like club soda which I really dislike but I didn't take it for the flavor I did for the hydration which works. There are other hydration powders out there but they're either pricey or have too much added sugar, this is neither of those. I read some people say it doesn't dissolve but for me it did. I just plopped it into a glass of water and waited and it just took a minute or two. I used room temperature water, so don't know how it is with cold water. It works for me and I will definitely be buying it again.

These are so handy to have, to keep in car, purse, gym bag.. and do work well. I’m prone to cramps and muscle spasms this prevents that, especially when working out. I drop one in an empty glass, fill with some ice and cold water, takes a couple minutes for it to completely dissolve, makes the water bubbly like a seltzer. You can throw one in your water bottle as long as your bottles mouth is larger than the tablet which is the size of a quarter. I do like the watermelon, berry and strawberry lemonade the best although there’s not a ton of flavor it’s subtle and honestly wish it was a little sweeter and more flavorful. The lemon lime is awful just avoid that one. I sometimes put stevia in mine for a little extra sweetness.

I was hoping to like these for the convenience and portability. Just throw in the bag for a family hike, hardly takes up space. They take a long time to dissolve. Doesn't fit in the opening of water bottles, and you cannot crack in half by hand. The worst thing is the weird stinging of my tongue. I have nothing to compare it to. It just hurts my tongue. It's not like the feeling of soda bubbles. Not like a spicy feeling. Just stings my tongue. Will not buy again.

I really like this! It’s not too sweet. I do feel well hydrated after drinking it. I do feel like the strawberry lemonade flavor is a bit muted but I don’t mind that. It does take a long time to dissolve, but again, I don’t really mind that too much. I look forward to trying more flavors out.

These lame disks taste like rotten tangy medicine and old cabinet particle board. They only dissolve in warm/hot water FYI. Who busts out a warm bottle of water and thinks to themselves “oooo let’s add a hard crunchy nuun nada zip imaginary non-refreshing tablet”. Mmmm “I love warm water after a hot sweaty workout”- said NO ONE. To the company: Fire yourselves and come up with something better-switch to nasal decongestants. You could partner with Alka-Seltzer and share your nasty flavor recipes.

Okay so Ive had these (Nuun Strawberry lemonade) and liquidIV (though it was watermelon flavor) I prefer Nuun tablets much more. Nuun had a hint of flavor/sweetness, kindof like a lacroix. Whereas liquidIV is so overpowering and sweet it was awful. I'm definitely buying this brand from now on.
