OFF! Deep Woods Insect Repellent V is an aerosol bug spray that repels ticks and is formulated with 25% DEET. This insect spray can provide up to 8 hours of protection against mosquitoes. Also repels biting flies, gnats, and chiggers.
Protect your family from insects so you can keep living life outdoors your way. OFF! Deep Woods repellant is an easy-to-apply aerosol insect spray that defends you and your home against Lyme Disease, as well as mosquitos that may carry Zika virus.
Keep out of reach of children and pets. See label for other precautions and usage directions.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labelling. Read and follow all directions and precautions on this product label. Hold container 6 to 8 inches from skin or clothing and spray with a slow sweeping motion. Do not apply over cuts, wounds, irritated or sunburned skin. Do not spray in enclosed areas. Use just enough repellent to cover exposed skin and/or clothing. Avoid over-application of this product. Frequent reapplication and saturation are unnecessary. Do not allow children to handle this product. Do not apply to children’s hands. When using on children, apply to your own hands and then put it on the child. After returning indoors, wash treated skin with soap and water. Spread evenly with hands to moisten all exposed skin. TO APPLY TO FACE: Spray palm of hand first and then apply sparingly and avoid eyes. Do not spray directly onto face. Do not apply near eyes and mouth. Apply sparingly around ears. WORKS ON OUTER SURFACES OF CLOTHING: Do not use under clothing. Spray shirts, pants, socks, and hats. For ticks and chiggers also spray cuffs, socks and around other openings in outer clothing. Will not damage cotton, wool, or nylon. Do not apply on or near: acetate, rayon, spandex or other synthetics (other than nylon), furniture, plastics, watch crystals, leather and painted or varnished surfaces including automobiles.
USES: Repels mosquitoes that may carry Dengue, West Nile, or Zika Virus. Also repels chiggers, fleas, gnats, ticks, biting flies, stable flies, black flies and sand flies.
WARNINGS: PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS: HAZARDS TO HUMANS – Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes. Harmful if swallowed. Use of this product may cause skin reactions in rare cases. Wash treated clothing before wearing it again. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. FIRST AID: Have the product container or label with you when calling a poison control center or doctor, or going for treatment. If In eyes: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water tor 15-20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing eye. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. If swallowed: Call a poison control center or doctor Immediately for treatment advice. Have person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If you suspect a reaction to this product discontinue use, wash treated skin, and call your local poison control center. PHYSICAL & CHEMICAL HAZARDS - FLAMMABLE: Contents under pressure. Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flame. Do not puncture or incinerate container. Exposure to temperatures above 120°F may cause bursting. Do not expose treated surfaces near fire or flame until dry.

Must have with the uptick in ticks this season!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used OFF! products but give the uptick in ticks this year, this was very useful. Like all OFF! products, this one is easy to dispense and scent isn't too overpowering. I usually am in the garden for a couple hours and this lasts for quite a while. It doesn't leave any residue while spraying and is very effective.

Great big spray

Actually kept ticks off during out hiking trip
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brought this along on a hike through some pretty overgrown trail last weekend and it did its job. Spread it on before heading out and didn't find a single tick on me after, even after brushing through tall grass and some brushy areas where I normally expect to pick one up. The even spray technology actually makes a difference, coats pretty evenly instead of the patchy feeling you get with some cheaper repellents. Doesn't leave you feeling soaked or greasy either, dries down pretty quick. Smell isn't overwhelming, which I appreciate it, some repellent smells so strong you can't stand being near yourself. This one more tolerable. Lasted through a few hours of hiking without needing to reapply, which matters when you're out for a full day. Can size matter too since 6 ounces packs easily into a backpack side pocket without adding weight. For anyone dealing with tech, heavy areas, this is worth having on hand. Does exactly what it claims.

The last time we went outdoors, we forgot insect repellent and got so many mosquito bites. This time we brought OFF! with us and it made such a difference. We spent a lot of time outside and we happy that mosquitoes didn’t bother us! It was easy to use, worker really well, and the scent wasn’t too strong. Definitely a product we’ll keep taking with us on outdoor adventures.

A must for camping

Easy on and works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took this on a weekend camping trip and boy I’m glad I did! My fellow campers had multiple ticks on them after our hiking adventures, but by applying this beforehand I had none! I mostly sprayed it on my clothing, so it appeared to dry quickly. The bit I got on my skin felt a bit damp for a few minutes but dried shortly after. I reapplied before every hike and right before bed, and it worked well the whole trip! While I know it’s marketed for ticks, I also experienced less mosquito bites and decrease in sweat bees.

Works well except for black flies
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We took this tick and bug spray on our hiking trip in the Upper Peninsula. It worked well for mosquitoes and none of us ended up with any ticks, but we also stayed on the cleared paths. The list includes black fly deterrent, which was not the case for us. The UP black flies were awful and kept biting us, despite reapplying several times.
