[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My packaging was weird because I couldnt open and close it easily and it kept closing and opening with a super loud snap that hurt my ears. The shampoo always made it feel like there was still debris in my hair and not cleaned well. The smell was a bit weird too. Not coconut-y and more butter and plastic. For the money I would say its okay but there are better alternatives.

I was excited to try out the shampoo because I've heard good things about the brand but after a few times of using it I tossed it out. It smells amazing and I'm definitely a fan of coconut but unfortunately no matter how much I tried to wash the shampoo out of my hair, it left it feeling really gunky which made it feel very unclean and hard to comb through. However, the body washes are pretty nice!

Wasn't aware that this product contained actual milk proteins (like dairy milk). No where on the front does it indicate it's coconut milk AND cow's milk. Didn’t realize until I started using it and noticed a rash breaking out on my arms and chest. Looked at the ingredients and sure enough, milk proteins. I immediately washed it off and took necessary precautions, but I was very annoyed. I feel like such a common allergy should be pretty prominently listed on the front of the bottle. It also had a faint sour milk smell, so go figure.

I’ve been using this for years maybe 3 and I just bought a new bottle and the new formula has been making my hair extremely greasy it leaves a big spot of buildup in the back of my head I still had some left in a old bottle with the old formula and my hair feels so much better no buildup or grease. Again because I’ve been using this for years I am a little disappointed

This shampoo smells so good! It is nourishing with coconut milk, coconut oil, ultra whipped egg proteins. To give your hair strength, elasticity and hydration. Ogx is made in the USA, sulfate free and not animal tested. This brand is budget friendly . Makes my hair soft and smelling good!

I love this shampoo. It leaves my hair nice, smooth and manageable. But the best part is the smell. The coconut smell last for a long time. Reminds me of the beach. I would highly recommend this shampoo. I also use the conditioner which I love too. Go buy it!!! You won’t regret it.
