Q: I bought this soap Dispenser and I love it. I did not expect the pump to rust inside. It was only used for hand soap in the bathroom. Is it not rust proof? Im struggling to buy a new one to replace it with.

  • A: I have several of these and I've not had any problems with rust. I've bought others where I have a problem with this green stuff that forms around the edges of the cap. I don't have that problem with this soap dispenser. These are awesome!

  • A: The top is silver, and I’ve had a few of these for several years. Most of the review complaints are for the tops. Just know that you may need to clear the pump top once in a while by taking it off, submerging it in water, and pumping it until it runs clear before putting it back on. It works great but needs a bit of maintenance here and there.

Q: Just like many others have stated, the pumps on all six of mine have stopped working. I would like to replace just the top with a regular pump mechanism but I can’t seem to find any that will fit. Specifically what size should fit?

Q: I have same problem Pumps clog up and do not pump soap. Not sure its rust but either need a way to clean it or a way to order replacement tops. Bottle is fine would rather not re-buy the entire prod.
