Changed formula is awful
I’ve been using this Olay product for 30 years and the new formulation is awful. Too heavy and now it stings my eyes - used to be able to slather it all over my face and now I have to avoid my eyes. Now will have to spend $$$ finding something else.

The new formula is absolutely horrendous - and to say us as consumers shouldn’t feel a difference and “each skin is different” is an insult to our intelligence. This is a product I have loyally used for about 20 years and now it is way too thick

New formula is terrible
I had been using the old formula for decades, and it was the perfect facial moisturizer. New formula is heavy, greasy and feels much more like sunblock than a daily moisturizer. It also burns my sensitive skin. Sadly I have to find a new brand

Sticky and heavy
I had used the previous version of this product for 20+ years. The new formula feels heavy, greasy, and seems to be making me break out with blemishes. I think I need to stop using this product. PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA!!! It was perfect!

Only had it on for less than 5 minutes
Started as a cooling sensation, then a mild tingling, then a full blown burning. I looked into the mirror and my face was a dark red/purple shade. I was gently wiping off burnt dark gray skin cells on my toner pad (water/soap wasn't cutting it). My face became 2 shades darker and shriveled like cracked leather for the next few days. Make sure children stay away from this product.

Hate this new formula!
During a week of use I woke each morning with a new pimple. It’s no longer light feeling but heavy and greasy. I hate it. I had to wipe the oil off my face. Once I stopped using it, my face stopped breaking out. Please bring back old formula!

Ruined A Good Thing
This new formula broke me out terribly on my face and chest within a few days of use. The smell has changed and is more noticeable even after it dries. Please bring back the old formula for this sensitive-skinned gal - truly tragic.

Unhappy long time user
I have been using Oil of Olay for sensitive skin for well over 40 years and loved it. I am 88 and have smooth facial skin. I get compliments on it. But, I do not like the added sunscreen additive. It feels heavy on my face and neck after it dries and my eyes burn. Unless you bring back the sensitive skin lotion WITHOUT the sunscreen additive, I will be looking for a different brand lotion for sensitive skin and NO sunscreen additive.

I've used Olay Complete Sensitive for many years - it's my go to daily moisturizer. When I wear it now my eyes burn, and I don't even get the lotion near my eyes. Was the formula changed? I am very sad.

Terrible lotion. Not recommended.
This lotion is terrible. Horrible chemical odor. Not for sensitive skin. Completely dried out my skin. Not recommended.

If you haven’t already done so, we recommend that you discontinue using the product. Sounds like this product was not hydrating enough. As for the off odor, this is also unexpected, as our products go through many quality checks through the manufacturing process. A couple of reasons a product may have an off odor is if it was stored in extreme temperatures or been stored for a long time. Formula changed! Yuk!
I've been using this for years and now they changed the formula, and it's terrible!! Each day of use made my face look dryer, instead of moisturizing it now seems to suck the moisture out of your skin. Plus, it leaves a sticky residue and makeup no longer applies the same on top of it. I'm returning this and will have to find a new go to facial moisturizer.

burns my eyes terribly
I bought the new SPF 45 and it burned my eyes. After the first time I tried to be careful not to apply it close to my eyes, still burning. Eye drops no help. Used a cold compress for 30 minutes finally for relief. Returned to store for refund.
