Q: How do you get the pump to work (it doesn't turn)?

A: Hello Jan, most pump dispensers unlock by rotating the pump clockwise. The pump will pop up and open. To re-lock rotate the pump counter-clockwise. A: This products absorbs into your skin as it should when used as directed, however if you experience any residue it could mean that it is too much moisture for your skin so you would want to use a little less product or a lighter moisturizer.

I have been using Olay moisturizer since I was a teen. I recently switched to this one since it has higher spf and I like it just as well as the regular one. I like the pump bottle although we will see how it gets as the bottle starts to get empty.

I’ve been using this product since high school and I absolutely love it. I have acne-prone and sensitive skin and it doesn’t irritate me or break me out. It rubs in pretty well and leaves me with a glowy finish. While it doesn’t give me a white cast because i’m pretty fair, i think it might give people with a darker tone some white cast.

I’ve used this for several months now and I like it. However, I’m ghostly pale - almost glow in the dark pale - so any white cast is lost on me. If you have darker skin this may not work for you without really rubbing it in?

I have been using Olay products since I was 25 and Olay Complete 30 on the advice of my dermatologist. I now am almost 55. This is a great budget friendly product that does a great job. There are a couple things that can be improved upon to make it a hands down best product on the market. Many people are now becoming aware of the chemicals that are harmful to us used in skincare products. This can be scary if you are using the product with these harmful chemicals day after day, year after year , decade after decade. I would suggest try to remove the PEG compound found in the product. Hopefully you can find a way to make this product completely clean. The only other suggestion would be to put the product in a jar instead of a bottle with a pump. It is much easier to work with and you are not wasting the product at the bottom. Moisturizer with sunscreen is something we should be using librally. Thanks for your great product that has saved my face from the effects of aging.

When I first tried on this product, it felt very moisturizing and blended well into my skin. It didn't leave a white cast, however, I did notice at times that my skin felt a little itchy. This didn't concern me too much considering I have sensitive, combination skin. By the end of the second day of using this product, my fave became very red and irritated. I really wanted to love this product but obviously it doesn't work well with my skin.

I have been using this product since my teen years. I am now in my 40s. This is hands down the best light weight daily moisturizing SPF for sensitive skin ever! It's a wonderful blend of physical (zinc) and chemical sunscreens. It has worked wonders for this fair skinned desert dweller. Please don't ever stop making this product!

This does not leave a white cast on my medium skin tone. For reference I wear 310 sun beige in Maybelline fit me foundation. The best part is that this does not sting the eyes! I just keep coming back to this moisturizer

I’ve used this everyday for years, all year round. I love the higher spf compared to other products that have 15. Keeps the skin hydrated and feels great. It does leave a white cast, usually rubbing it into the skin helps. This may not be helpful on darker skin tones.

I have been using this moisturizer for over 20 years so obviously I love it. It may feel a tad greasy at first but it soaks into your skin and actually lightens it a little because of the zinc oxide. Zinc oxide is an excellent sunscreen. It protects immediately and doesn't soak into your system like other suncreen ingredients. It is a great combination of moisturizer and sunscreen and I highly recommend this product.
