Apply to face liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Use water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Sun protection measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including: limit time in sun, especially from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.; wear long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.

Irritated eyes! Beware. Not sensitive friendly.

This burns my eyes terribly! No matter how careful I am to not put it too close to my eyes it burns for hours. Will be retuning this one and going back to my spf 15 version that I’ve used for years.

Eye irritation with Olay

I have used Oil of Olay for at least 30 years with no problem. I recently purchased Olay Complete, SPF 40 and it’s driving me nuts. It causes my eyes to burn terribly. I will not continue to use it.

5/5 totally recomend

i love this moisturizer. i had a softball game and it was 110° and everything melted except this product. my hair gel, sunscreen, and even lotion melted, but not this moisturizer. also using this it helps me with my acne and using it on a daily basis will help you reach clear skin.

Burns my eyes

This sunscreen is moisturizing and thick, doesn't leave a white cast on my skin once rubbed in, but the sunscreen seems bound to slide into my eyes and burns badly. I thought that I may have had an eye dryness or cornea issue, but really it was the burning sensation of the sunscreen getting into my eyes. So do yourself a favor and also have a setting spf powder to apply around the eye area to stop the sunscreen from sliding into your eyes!

Eye irritation

Awful burning in eyes no matter how I apply and even after washing my hands AFTER application. Also, caused my face to have a couple irritated spots. It also doesn’t seem to absorb well at all.

Burning eyes

I bought this to ise for my beach days and that turned out all bad. When I started sweating this got in my eyes and the burning was so intense I couldn't see. I flushed with water several times. And the tears that this caused with painful burning. Not meant for me. I will be returning.

Irritates Eyes

I used to use this moisturizer when i was younger and loved it. I came across it again when searching for a moisturizer with spf and thought I'd try it again. It is thicker than i remember, but absorbs well into the skin. it feels smooth and doesn't seem to pill, but it stings my eyes so bad! My eyes would not stop watering and i had to wash my hands, because after applying i had rubbed the rest into my hands, and it was making it worse. Will try to avoid getting it around my eyes next time before i decide to return it.

very thick and BURNS your eyes if it gets any where near your eyes. Had to wash it off. Eyes were burning right away. I guess it must b the sunblock. Not a product for me

Do not use on face or neck

This product actually burnt the skin on my face, neck and upper chest. Skin in those areas is painful and the skin is peeling off. Did not get it into my eyes per se but applied it all over my face including the skin around my eyes. The skin around my eyes is all red, painful and peeling. My eyes teared for days following application. I have used Oly products in the past with no trouble but this one is a no go for me. Not sure if it is the extra SPF or you have added different ingredients.

Must Have Daily Moisturizer

I have used this moisturizer every day for a year, and it is the best. A little goes a long way. It absorbs into my skin easily. It has no irritating scent. It lasts beautifully under my makeup all day (just let it set 2 mins before applying makeup) and the spf protection even holds up to the UV sun in Hawaii. I am baffled by the high number of reviews about eye burning and am wondering if they are bot reviews. I have never experienced any skin or eye burning. Like anything else with sunscreen, this doesn't belong in or around your eyes so there should be no problems. Love my Olay!

Unfortunately do not buy

I’ve been an Oil of Olay customer for ever but sadly this is the first time I’ve had to return their product. This face lotion has a very thick texture, doesn’t soak right in, made my face break out and worst of all a serious eye irritation (one eye was red for 1-2 days following use). Do not recommend this specific lotion unfortunately.

Disappointed

I’ve been using Olay products for years. When it was called oil of Olay. Just bought a new bottle recently after running out and this “new look, enhanced formula” burns my eyes.

Burns and looks greasy

I have used Olay moisturizer for 28 years. This new formula will not work for me. It burns my eyes and it doesn't soak into my skin. My face looks greasy like the product is just sitting there. Please bring back the old formula! Until then, I'm going to have to search for a new moisturizer.

Makes eyes burn all day

I have worn Olay complete for years as my go to moisturizer and SPF daily protection. But the lastest product, their SPF 40, now is very thick but my biggest complaint is that after I put is on, (No where near my eyes) my eyes start to burn and it goes on all day. I am disappointed that I cant wear this product, and it is the sensitive line. Guess Ill use it on my arms and look for the old SPF 15 or another brand. Please fix this OLAY!!

Extremely disappointed

I’m so heartbroken to give a product I have used for 30 years a poor score. I’ve always been told I had great skin, looked young for my age etc.. and I attributed it to this product. With the change in formula from its thick pastie feel to the eye burning and now multiple days of my eyes swollen. I’ve officially lost confidence in Oil of O’lay. Again completely heartbroken. Please bring back the original formula.
