10/10. Have been taking probiotics for years and typically take Physician’s Formula Women. Took these during my pregnancy since swallowing any type of tablet made me vomit and loved them. Began taking two days ago (after stopping for about 3-4 months) and have literally had INSTANT results. I’ve had numerous bowel movements that have been easy and pain free. My only wish is that they made these with no added sugars. Otherwise, phenomenal.

These work incredibly well for a simple probiotic supplement as far as bowel regularity. You may have to deal with 1-2 weeks of more gas than normal while your body adjusts. To combat that, I would just take them at night right before bed (I refuse to pass gas all over my office, and it’s no big deal to pass gas while sleeping, obviously). Chew them really thoroughly before swallowing, stay on top of your hydration, and give them a few weeks to start working before just giving up.
