I suffer from chronic migraines and when I have an attack, it’s often hard to sleep. I obtained my first sample of the Olly Sleep when I attended the Dear Media Edit Event in the fall. I took it along with my migraine medication & slept soundly through the night. I also didn’t feel drowsy the next morning so that was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who needs help getting adequate sleep.

The flavor is so yummy and relaxing.It's a good transitional gummy.To take us before you go to bed, it's not a blast of flavor but it's smooth and sophisticated.And then the melatonin kicks in, it's really good! I usually take just one to get a restful sleep. If I'm having trouble falling asleep, I take 2. They are my favorite melatonin! I take them whenever I need a deep relaxing sleep.

Yummy taste, and helps me if I’m struggling to fall asleep. I take the 5mg, and it doesn’t make me groggy in the morning. I like that it mixes l-theanine with melatonin; most others just have melatonin.

They do work well but I didn't know how to use them. My doctor told me to take them a 3 to 4 hours before bed. This explains why they seemed to just make me tired all day and didn't help me get to sleep on time.

They help me relax and unwind, they don’t necessarily make me groggy but helps my body know that I need to sleep. I love that they’re tasty and are easy to add to my nightly routine. They don’t leave me feeling groggy in the morning, which is a great thing when I have kids that get up super early. I do find I am waking up more refreshed and ready to start the day. I am able to relax and fall asleep within 30 minutes of taking my gummies. I use the Extra Strength gummies and am able to take anywhere from 2 to 4 gummies dependent on how much I need to fall asleep, 5 to 10 mg.

These are amazing! I have suffered with insomnia for years and have been on all the prescription sleep meds, these work better and faster than any of the controlled substances I’ve ever taken. Melatonin alone does not work for me, the magic here is botanicals!!
