I just got these so I cant speak to how effective they are but I wanted to comment on the reviews that complain about the smell and taste. This is not candy, these are vitamins. If you are expecting Haribo gummy bears, you will be disappointed. Taste and smell are great considering these are vitamins. The vitamin smell is not strong but it’s there, the taste and consistency of gummies is there but don’t expect these to fool you as if you were eating candy. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised and am looking forward to seeing if these actually provide any noticeable benefits.

I take these vitamins religiously. The taste is fruity with a slight vitamin dryness but that’s okay at least I know there is vitamin in there lol. I did my research before buying with different brands and ingredients and I did prefer this one. My container is almost empty time for a refill.

I'm just hitting my mid twenties and I thought, hmm, maybe its finally time I start taking a multi vitamin? And did I? Yes I did!! I am not lying when I say, I believe my hair grows quicker, something I'm always complaining about is actually growing and I just feel better mentally knowing my body is getting that extra boost of much needed vitamins! Definitely recommend, they taste delish as well and I want to try other items this brand offers!

I purchased these ,because I’m trying to incorporate more vitamins into my daily diet. These taste so good. They’re not extremely sweet,but they do kind of taste like candy to me. I love all of the nutrients included in them,and I can already tell a difference since I’ve started taking them. They come in a great size,and they’re very affordable.

This vitamin is great for me as a 30-something woman. It’s got all the added things I look for in a multivitamin. They taste so good! Packaging is so cute and easy to open. The vitamins have a good shelf life and hold up over time so I can stock up when they go on sale.

My mother has dementia and it’s hard to get her to take pills, but like a lot of dementia patients, she LOVES candy and she loves her morning candy treats! It’s nice to be able to give her the supplements she needs while not having to figure out a way to “trick” her!

if you have acne prone skin don’t buy this. these vitamins made me breakout as if i was a hormonal teenager all over again. I thought it would help my hair, nails and skin but it only made me skin break out and I saw no change in my hair or nails.
