The melatonin levels are perfectly calibrated; not too strong, not too subtle. I actually wake up feeling rested instead of groggy, which is rare with sleep supplements. What sets Olyxir apart is that you can tell they did the research. The strip format is genius; no pills, no mixing, just clean delivery right when you need it. I have tried EVERY sleep aid I could put my hand on and nothing compares to how well this tea works! It's clean, no plastic, no sugar, no gelatin unlike gummies and pills. I sleep like a baby for 8 hours straight. So happy Target is carrying my favorite teas!!! Can't recommend it enough.

Oh, this is terrible. Just awful. Because now I have no excuse to be lazy anymore. I used to let that sad, soggy tea bag sit in my mug for ten minutes, dreading the wet, drippy extraction process. But these strips? You stir for 10 seconds and it’s gone. Dissolved. No evidence. No crime scene. No dripping trash to guiltily toss in the bin. And the taste? Disgustingly clean. No artificial “science experiment” weirdness. The chamomile lemon is so dangerously calming that I actually forgot why I was stressed. Annoying, really. So yeah, my only complaint is that I didn’t discover this sooner. Now I have zero excuses and way too much free time that used to be spent fishing out bag carcasses. 10/10, would dissolve again!

Tried this after hearing about the brand and was pleasantly surprised. The flavor is smooth and not overpowering. Definitely feels like a quality wellness product.
