Very practical
My daughter loves this lunch box. I love how practical and easy to open it is for her. It has a handle and its leak proof so you can pop it into their backpack without another cooling bag to avoid bulk.

Too expensive for the end result.
Even though the bottom of the product says dishwasher safe, it has water inside the box from the dishwasher and the policy is not to replace. I have 4 children, I can't remember which item is halfway dishwasher safe, remove the label from the bottom. In any case, we use this box the least because. The bento up box makes me sense and I regret buying this product as my kid toddlers can't seem to manage a backpack and a lunch bag

Not what I expected…
I wanted to really like this lunchbox after all the great reviews that I read online however I was greatly disappointed. I found out that it really works great to keep foods that have liquid hot. But it does a horrible job at keeping things like chicken nuggets, pieces of steak, chicken fillet, grilled shrimp hot. Basically, any protein will not stay hot. I have found that I have needed to pull out the Thermo completely and I am only using the lunch box portion which completely defeats the purpose of this lunchbox.

Cute but heavy
The lunch box is convenient for organizing my daughter’s lunch however I didnt know how heavy it would be. My daughter is in kinder and has to out in effort to carry the lunch box. I shouldve gotten a smaller one.

Price point doesn’t match durability
I have owned 6 of these lunch boxes over the past 3 years for both of my children. We have had to replace half of them and only one was due to my child being “too rough”. The others stopped closing or the hinge broke despite proper care and cleaning. At this price point it was frustrating to have to keep replacing one yearly.

Food got cold.
Even with putting hot water in the thermos first, food was cold by lunch. Disappointed for the price, and given there are cheaper options that seem to work more effectively.

Tenía dudas sobre si comprarla o no, pero ahora que la tengo es una compra que no me arrepiento , es de excelente calidad, no es pesada al menos para mi hija de 4 años , tal vez para niños más pequeños si lo sería, sus espacios son grandes , y no se chorrea si las gomas las colocas bien , para los niños es fácil de abrir y cerrar , tiene una agarradera como si cargaras un portafolio , tal vez yo le agregaría un cordón para que los niños si quisieran puedan colgarla .

We love it!
We’ve been using this for about a month and it’s my son’s favorite lunch box he’s had, he requests meals in it even at home, so needless to say, it’s a hit. He loves carrying it around holding the handle rather than putting it in his bookbag.
