A: The red light means the filter needs to be replaced. Double-press the power button to turn the light off. Remember to replace the filter soon for clean water.

To search for replacements, you should look for: "3.5L cordless/PW04" water fountain filters, which will be available in Target store soon, or you can go to oneisall.com for purchasing this accessory firstly.
