Q: Does this water fountain use Battery or does it need to plug into an electrical outlet? I just wonder when there’s a power outage, the Dog won’t have water.

Q: Are the new filters easy to find How often do they need to be changed

While the filters should be available through your local retailers, they can always be purchased through our website or customer care team if you are unable to find them locally. As far as replacing the filter, this will be more specific to your pet and their environment, however the fountain will alert you when it is time to change the filter.

Q: After cleaning all components, checking the flow meter and pump, it still has a low pressure flow; not enough to breach the upper lid. What else can I check to get it fully flowing again?

My cat loved it but I bought June 28, 2025 and now August 3 and the motor isn’t working. Water isn’t flowing from the top. Pretty disappointed. Going to buy a different brand!

Love that it can hold a fair amount of water and that I don’t have to refill it as often as I normally would her water bowl. Great water, flow and virtually noiseless. A kitties dream come true.

The noise level is minimum, but it will make more noise when it’s running out of water. We’ve tested it for about 2 months now and so far so good!

My cat didn't understand how to use it at first, but over time she liked it, as did I. It's comfortable. The animal always has access to clean water, especially in the heat.

I can almost swear my shih tzu has been drinking more water than usual after replacing their water bowl with this little fountain. I love how easy it was to set up, as well as how easy it is to swap out the old water and give it a rinse at the sink. The removable filters are fairly cheap and effective. My only issue would be that it would be nice if the blue light indicating it's on could be dimmed a bit, it can be quite strong and we can see the glow on the walls from the bedroom. Overall though, this has been super nice. It's also really quiet! Just a subtle tinkling sound if you get really close to it. I'm very pleased and my dogs are too. My little Chihuahua hasn't been choking up as much, most likely because this fountain is higher off the ground, not requiring her to dip her head too low, and thus causing the post-sip chokes she used to routinely have.

It filters the water so well and keeps a steady supply of clean water. It’s not noisy at all, the small trickle sound is kind of soothing. Highly recommend.

I like the carbon filter so I can fill the tank right from the sink and not worry as much about our hard water. I also like how the water is being circulated so it doesn't just sit or get stale. With it having to plug into the wall, I had to relocate the area where the food bowl and water bowl usually ate due to a lack of outlets available. Noise level is low and it isn't difficult to clean.

It was super easy to put together and thanks to the addition of the silicone cover for the place where you run the cord through, you don't have to worry about it leaking on the floor. It's whisper quiet... If it didn't have the light on it, you wouldn't know it was running. And my cat took right to it. Dont get me wrong, he still loves the faucet water but there is less fighting with him to get out of the sinks.

He was hesitant for a few days, but eventually began to use it everyday. It’s a great way to provide clean water regularly. We definitely prefer it over pouring fresh water into his bowl.

The top kind of hovers on top, which doesn’t seem to cause a problem that I can tell. My only complaint is that it doesn’t seem very heavy-duty. It’s made of pretty cheap plastic.
