I HATE that they changed the floss. There was nothing wrong with it, I’ve used it for 15-20 years and it was the only one I liked and now I’m going to stop buying this one, it’s terrible! It’s like flossing with curling ribbon, you’ve lost my business I’m very disappointed!

I've been using OralB deep clean floss for years. But this floss splits into several threads as I pull it out, even before I cut it, rendering it useless. It becomes several threads as thin as sewing thread. Upset because this floss is substantially more expensive than other brands. I don't want to spend $15 on another to have it go to threads again, so will be looking for another brand.

I don't know what they have done with glide deep clean floss but it is terrible. I have been in dentistry for 50 years and started using this floss when it came out and loved it. Not now

I thought I bought the wrong floss since it is like flossing with plastic Easter grass. Per the reviews the product changed and now it’s overpriced garbage. Difficult to slide between the teeth and no grip to feel effective. Buying actual plastic Easter grass to floss with would be much cheaper but just as worthless. Looking for a replacement brand.

What happened to this floss? This used to be such a good product. Honestly so baffled how this passed any quality testing. I feel like I am flossing with the thinnest strand of ribbon. Awful product.

Nowhere on the package does it say that this floss has been changed --but it has. I agree with all of the other reviews, this new version is JUST TERRIBLE. It no longer glides at all, gets stuck, and is difficult to use. It's no longer the Glide brand floss we once new and loved, it's a horrible cheap floss that they should be embarrased to put out. Whatever geniuses at Oral-B corporate decided to cut costs by putting out a lesser quality product --at the same price-- should be fired. I'm so sick of these corporations a) not disclosing that they've cheapened the materials or changed something about the product, and b) insulting consumers by thinking we won't pay a bit more to keep getting the same original high-quality product. Congrats Oral-B, you just lost a customer of 20 years.

Don’t fix it… Just here to echo everyone who has already left reviews for the new version of this floss. It’s terrible. So so bad I don’t know what I’m going to do with the 3 full packs I have… this floss used to be the absolute best. It would glide easily and not pull or tug on my teeth and it was a reallt deep clean. The new floss is awful. The thread itself is some sort of plastic (?) and it pops/sticks between almost all of my teeth which is not a problem I’ve ever had before. Sadly, and maybe worst of all, is that it doesn’t feel like it’s cleaning my teeth. I’ve used the previous version of this floss for years and it was the best until now. I don’t understand. Why change something that is great as is. I would not recommend this new version to anyone.

Never thought I'd write a review for floss but the new version is awful! You may as well try to floss with a plastic zip tie. I have veneers and you can't get this kind through them. I've already bought two thinking I somehow got the wrong kind. Nope! Would be nice if the package at least told you it's new and definitely not improved. Time to find a new brand.
