A: Exactly what I found. Wish I would’ve read this before I purchased. The packaging is nice with a colored threader on each end and multiple contained in each envelope. But the floss itself snags and makes fingernails on chalkboard sounds and feels terrible between my teeth.

A: It’s definitely changed. And changed for the worse. I used the original for years because it’s the only thing that worked around my implants without snagging and shredding. This stuff is a nightmare. It got caught and I had to use tweezers to get it out more than once. And I swear some got stuck and I ended up with soreness until it worked its way out. IMO it is not a safe product.

A: Oral B changed the product but kept the UPC bar code the same. Very deceptive for Oral B to switch the product and claim it’s the same. The new product is just a more expensive version of their Super Floss. It’s awful.

A: No flavor, but don’t believe the stars that’s been given to it. It had higher ratings for the PREVIOUS style of flossing but they have changed it sometime in August 2024. Now the new flossing is completely useless. There are no good reviews since August 20th…therefore, it tack the version onto the previous ratings are MISLEADING! Shame on you Oral B.

Bring back the original version!
The new version of Oral-B Threader Floss is terrible. Instead of gliding smoothly between teeth like the original Glide version, the new floss constantly snags and begins to shred or disintegrate while flossing. Even worse, it leaves tiny fibers stuck between my teeth that are extremely difficult to remove. I used the original version for years and loved it—it was strong, smooth, and truly glided between tight spaces without shredding. I don’t understand why Oral-B changed such a great product. Based on the many similar reviews, I’m clearly not alone. Please bring back the original Glide Pro-Health Threader Floss. It was vastly superior.

0 stars if I could. I started the original floss as a teen with braces. Which was the only floss I was routine with. For the love of god please fix it or put back the old formula. At this point idc if there are forever chemicals, I was already using it for years at that point

New Nightmare Floss Threader
I have used threader floss for many years, you ruined the product with the fluff version which just get stuck in my teeth and becomes additional issue of how to floss out the floss. Worst Invention
Genuinely you are better off never flossing again than using this trash. The "floss" is thinner than paper and it even rips apart and gets STUCK in my teeth and permanent retainer. Then I have to try and floss that piece of floss out but it keeps getting worse. Every floss threader I have bought from this brand are horrible quality and not worth the money.

Glide Pro Health threader floss is NOT the same
My husband used to use the Glide Pro Health threader floss but the box we recently bought is NOT the same. The floss is different (not the thin regular floss like it used to be) and falls apart instead of working through his bridge like it is supposed to. Do you still make the brand 3198857100 is what is on the bottom of the old box. The box even changed from a elongated box to a short almost square box. I really hate when companies change how they make things because it is hard to brush and clean his teeth properly as he used to could do with the old Glide Pro Health threader floss. I am so disappointed that we cannot find this type of Glide Pro Health threader floss anymore.

Waaay too thick, bring back the old product!
The new product without the "Glide" in the name is a horrible "replacement" for the Glide threader floss. Many people who buy Glide choose it because it's thin and "glides", which is needed if you have teeth that are tight together. If you have teeth that are tight together *and* need threader floss, the Glide product was an absolutely EXCELLENT choice. This product, on the other hand, is waaaaaay to thick to claim to be at all a replacement for that, and to say that it is one certainly feels deceitful from the customer's side of things. Additionally, having each strand individually packaged was extremely convenient from a portability/hygene standpoint. I could keep a couple in my purse and backpack incase I got food stuck under my bridge while out or while at work. Now I have to keep the envelope of 5 in a ziplock bag because they aren't individual and the envelope isn't sealed so it doesn't keep them clean.

Poor Product Reengineering - Do Not Buy
Please bring back the old threader floss! With this new version, the “cushioned” floss shreds super easily. At best, I end up having to use a second threader to get the now-jammed floss from between my teeth; at worst, I have to get my regular floss to dislodge the stuck floss. I am very disappointed.

I hate this floss. It is impossible to use with teeth that are tight together. It breaks easily and leaves pieces in between your teeth. I also dislike the packaging. I really liked the product of Glide single use packets in which the thread was much stronger.
