A: Our brushes are manufactured at three different locations. If the code on the package starts with an E, it's manufactured in Ireland. If it begins with an I, it's manufactured in Iowa City. If it begins with an M, it's manufactured in China.

The handle on these are very thick and the head is a bit larger than what I used when she was a toddler. The bristles are contoured with different lengths unlike the toddler toothbrush I was using. I gave it a 3 for selfish reasons because I received the same Olaf character on both toothbrushes in the pack! I did Drive Up. You better believe these are going back. Quality control issue! If you are going to up charge me for licensed character toothbrushes then give me two different ones as advertised online!

I did a drive up order. Not picky about what I got but the picture online clearly shows two different characters. Both toothbrushes were Anna and I had to label with a sharpie which was which with my kids initials that I know will rub off. Otherwise, the toothbrush itself was fine.

We bought Elsa and Olaf toothbrush in February 28, and one is already in a trash can. I don’t know what is wrong but bristle looks bad as was used for 6 month not few weeks, inaccurate and frayed. And our Toothbrushes from Oral-b with a cowboy and buzz lighter was much better, same: soft, comfortable for small hands but quality was way better.

Bristles fell apart in my kids mouth. Sure, she's 2.5 and is not easy on a toothbrush, but it was so many at one time that it scared her and I was in a panic trying to get them out of her mouth. We also ended up with 2 Anna's, but that wasn't an issue for us.
