A: Hi Shay and hope all is well! Per the warnings to avoid skin and scalp irritation, hair loss, hair breakage, and/or eye/ear injury, do not use this product if scalp is irritated, or on hair that is breaking, splitting or otherwise damaged. Do not use on bleached, frosted, color lifted, damaged, or curly permed hair (ammonium thioglycolate). Thanks and have a good one!

DO NOT USE ON EVEN SEMI DAMAGED HAIR
Cut my hair 6 inches because my hair came out by the handful. Left it in my hair for 7 minutes and washed it out. I clogged the drain with all my hair. The hair that I have left is extremely damaged I can’t put it in a pony tail or straighten for months now. If I did what was best for me I’d have shaved my head because my hair is still so damaged. My hair was down my back long and now it’s all gone.

I switch to this after the pink stopped working. I like that this comes in touch up because the full size just got wasted anyway. They lose strength when you open so I always end up throwing out most of it. Anyway, this has been working really well. Gets my hair straight and no breakage. My hair is also soft and shiny.
