[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pots/pans are so beautiful and very easy to clean, even after the food has sat there for a bit! They are also very lightweight, which I love. I really hesitated purchasing for a long time since I had pots and pans that were doing just fine, but I was eager to move to something non-toxic. It turns out my Calphalon set was due for retirement as they were getting harder and harder to clean (and also Teflon that was older than 5 years). I’m very happy with my purchase so far! I’ve started replacing all my other cooking supplies!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought, at first, this is a nice pan. I use a non stick skillet almost daily. Now yes, non stick surfaces do wear off. But not this quickly and don't need the lid. I do not use this any longer for scrambled tofu eggz. Went back to my usual non stick pan that i order every year. Just the way it is. This pan though is a nice size with taller sides so it’s good for steamed veggies or sautéed spinach, noodles, etc. will not buy again.

At this point I use this and the full size pot, plus the 2 sizes of the frying pan and nothing else, ever. They all heat quickly and very evenly, cleaning is a dream, a perfect pot - and everything else you guys make.
