He could not be more delighted and yells at me when I use his pans. They are easy to clean and care for, even though you do need to hand wash them, once you get in the routine of washing them right after you use them, there is no problem. We’ve been trying to Brin joy back into our cooking and these little pops of color brighten our kitchen. Thank you for helping us to refind our joy!

Anything we put in the pan pretty much cooks quickly! Couple downside for us is lid gets hot quickly before water gets boiled & we never use the small handle opposite of the long handle. Other than that, So far so good!
