A: Naturally gray and white hair is very different from non-gray/white hair because the strand structure for each is completely different and how the hair takes to the conditioner varies from person to person. The colors of our hair healthy formula are deposit-only, and the thick cuticle layer of gray or white strands can sometimes prevent color from staying put. The best way to find out is to strand test!

I used once to add a little to my brown hair and thought it was great. Several weeks later I used it again, and it turned the front top of my hair PINK. Not sure what happened but will not use again!

Dyed my hair purple
I love overtone daily conditioners. I don't even use their color depositing conditioners because I've found that their daily conditioners still color my highlights with consistent use, and it's easier for me to use do it in the shower than apply something and let it sit. However, this color disappointed. Instead of getting the gorgeous cherry chestnut color, the red color washes down the drain and leaves behind only purple. Not sure if this happened to anyone else but I used the entire bottle and never got a cherry color. For reference, my hair is straight and medium thickness. My roots are dark brown so don't show the color but my highlights do pick up color.

Love this color
I've been using the pink for brown hair duo for years, and I was skepticle about the new formula but after using it I love it. The color is just as vibrant but the consistency of the conditioner makes it much easier to deposit throughout my hair. I also appreciate the new bottle design. It uses much less plastic and is much easier to use.

Did they change the formula?
When this was blue for brown hair, I loved it (came in a bigger bottle too). It feels different now, doesn't color as well, doesn't make my hair shiny, doesn't even have the same nice smell. It also stains my tub much more than the old version while not working nearly as well on my hair. I used to rave about this product and now I just want an explanation of what happened.

Nourishing and beautiful
I'm a stylist and have been bleaching my hair for years and finally needed to return to my natural. Using the strawberry blonde has helped my dryer ends and keeps refreshing my color and I haven't had to recolor the blond with dye since I'm using the conditioner. My hair feels significantly better and I am thrilled. Big big fan.

As a cancer patient my hair grew back very steel colored and gray and I'm still too young to have gray hair so I got sample colors along with the other products I'm using blue right now I love it I feel like a young person again
