No matter how well I care for this bottle, it keeps developing black mold spots on the inner lid. We are meticulous about water bottle washing. In past the 30 day return window or whatever it is but I have an unusable, unsafe bottle.

This is overhyped. Doesn’t hold ice or keep my drink cold for very long. Also it dents incredibly easily compared to other water bottles I’ve owned. I accidentally have bumped it against a couple things and it’s made some big dents. Very disappointed I thought this would be the perfect water bottle like everyone has said.

I love the functionality of this bottle and all of its features but it unfortunately is not very durable. Less than 3 weeks after purchasing it, it dropped from about waist height and the bottom is dented super bad now. I'm surprised there is not more quality/durability testing done when creating these bottles. I submitted a warranty claim through the Owala site but they unfortunately were not very helpful as they said the damage was not covered. I am disappointed because otherwise I really love this bottle and would use it daily.

Keeping at 5 stars because the bottle is fine but leaving a review to warn that the color on the website is off for the Sleek colorway. On the 30oz bottle, it looks ice blue online. The 40oz bottle has the correct color— which is more like a slightly grey white with grey accents. It’s not what I was looking for. Adding screenshots of both bottle sizes and my own photo.
