I bought this camera between my firstborn and my second born. I use it in the living room to monitor the boys while I am busy. Doing other stuff around the house. Best camera in my opinion, and I have about four different cameras.

I got this as a gift from my baby registry in a set with the sock. The sock ended up burning my baby leaving a blister. So I thought, well at least I’ll use the camera. Wrong! Image would take forever to load on phone. Camera notifications are nonexistent (yes, I have it set to the highest sensitivity) unless there are changes in the lighting. If the sun goes down, you’ll be notified. LOL Sorely disappointed! I haven’t tried paying for the camera monitoring features. Maybe then it will work as advertised. Just sharing so the same thing doesn’t happen to you.

We’ve been trying for a baby for 8 years with miscarriages and a stillbirth. This camera gives me Peace at night, when our rainbow baby gets rest. We love that it measures the BPM and oxygen but also the temperature. The summary and Trend is really interesting to see and we love love love the owlet sock and camera

I like that the quality is semi-decent and is able to record 30 second video clips when motion, sound and crying are detected. Fairly accurate with sensitivities turned high. I think for a baby monitor the camera quality is a grainy but still viewable, especially in night mode. Feedback time is pretty accurate with only a small lag. Overall a good pairing with the Owlet sock. I do find the temperature and moisture sensors to be a couple degrees inaccurate but Owlet did provide a disclaimer that location of the sensor can affect readings.

This review has nothing to do with Target, it has to do with the product itself and the manufacturer support. We have constant issues and always need to "pair" the camera again, which is difficult when you have them mounted. The cords are terrible and barely plug into the camera they are very loose. Owlet support has been a nightmare. I know it's the cord because when I use a generic cord the camera works. I've been requesting a replacement cord because I want the temperature sensor to work. They want me to take a video of myself trying to troubleshoot first. I have a toddler and newborn and they expect me to take a video trying to fix a camera? I've offered to buy the cord and they won't let me. This has been a nightmare and I wish I would have just gotten a different camera. Missed my return window too so that is a bummer. Save the money and don't purchase this.

The sock works the majority of the time and is great. My complaint is with the camera. It is a pain to setup and scan the QR code. If your internet drops, it struggles to reconnect. And it hates mesh wifi.

Overall super great product. A few cons, the video feed is a few seconds delayed and the range isn't great. I don't have a large home, but often the sock falls out of range just on the other side of the house.

We bought the camera and the dream sock for our baby. The sock is absolutely amazing. However, I am very disappointed in the camera. I feel like we have had so many issues since we got it. There have been so many times where I will put my baby to bed and pull up the app to watch the monitor and it tells me the camera is offline, I will troubleshoot and do everything it says to do and it still doesn’t work. When it does work, the app goes dark when I’m sleeping and I can’t hear my baby crying. It was a big waste of money. For our next baby, we will be investing in a different monitor.

I personally love my camera, I like the quality, how sensitive it is to noises so I can always hear what’s happening in the room when I’m not there, the temperature & the humidity of the room is also a big bonus. Because of the app I always when my humidity is to high so I know when I should be turning my humidifier on.

Overall good, but the camera seems to buffer and lose connection quite frequently (even though our router is right next to the camera and it has a good signal). There is also a delay between the camera and the display/app. The biggest pro is only having to use one app for the Owlet sock and the camera

It’s honestly amazing, catches crying, sound and motion. And lets you know the temp and humidity levels in the room! I couldn’t recommend it enough. Also has an option to record 30 second clips whenever there is a detection of crying sound or motion!

This camera works well with the Owlet system. The picture is mostly clear. I love the ability to zoom in and talk through the camera. I would give it 5 stars if the Owlet didn’t disconnect from the internet quite as easily.
