Just enough info and reliable
We have this for our first daughter and just purchased it for our new baby. I love the amount of info it delivers—just enough. Also we haven’t had any false alerts other than one related to different sheets we put in her crib so our fault. We love how reliable this is!

tablet had a terrible battery life, so i subtracted 1 star wish the app would let you filter by activity, and while i know the next nap is in beta- it would be great if it looked at how long your child slept + age and suggested next nap time from that… not based off preset info i entered about morning wake time and night bed time.

Exactly what we needed
I had purchased a comparable video monitor that was a bit cheaper, and had nothing but problems with it from day 1. As a first time mom, I felt I couldn’t depend on my other monitor. I took the leap and purchased the Nanit Pro and I wish I would have done it sooner! I can always rely on it and sleep better at night knowing that I will be able to hear and see my baby when she needs me. Overall I am impressed with the reliability and convenience this monitor offers. I recently traveled for the holiday and was able to bring the camera and flex stand with me. I could rely on it even outside of the comfort of my home. Added bonus: I forgot my baby’s sound machine at home and realized the Nanit Pro has a sound machine white noise feature built in. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this device and it’s my first recommendation for all my friends building their registries for the upcoming year.

Nanit is great to monitor your baby at home and if you are out and about with a babysitter. It’s easy to add users if need a babysitter to watch and if don’t want to add in the app then the tablet is a great substitute to leave at home!

The Nanit camera and application, are pretty much the standard for baby monitoring in 2025. Being able to tap into the camera and have no lagging is a huge relief, especially for first time parents. Best Choice for our Family
We’ve been using Nanit since we had our first daughter two years ago. We just bought another camera for our newborn. It’s extremely helpful to be able to track our children’s sleep - helps with planning the day. With two cameras, we can use the Split View to see both at the same time, which is awesome. The only downside I’ll note is that some features (sleep insights) are not available when using the flex stand, which we are while our newborn is still in the bassinet in our room. Overall, we love Nanit and highly recommend to parents reviewing their options.

Best camera, its the second one we get, one for each baby! and will get the third one for our next baby! The monitor is great you can see both babies at the same time in the screen, I love keeping record of how long their naps have been and the improvement on their sleeping performance! So helpful
Having a monitor makes it so much easier when we have people watching our kids. We recently had our 3rd baby and we now have 3 kids under 4. Our oldest 2 have nanits so when my parents and in-laws have come to help me postpartum they can easily monitor my kids during naps and over night without me having to download the app to their phones and set it up or set up a tablet that confuses them. The monitor is straightforward and easy to use.
