As first time parents , you can only imagine how paranoid we were ! The owlet dream sock gave us a complete peace of mind. Being able to see and understand the vitals were crucial. It alerted us that oxygen level was getting low and all we had to do was reposition our baby and it went back up ! We also Love the temperature feature ! It helped make sure the room was always the perfect temp for our baby. I do recommend!

Bought the Owlet sock and Cam as a first time mom and I swear by it every night! Gives me so much peace of mind sleeping with his sock on and love that I’m able to track his sleep sessions. Recommend this products to any expecting mothers. If you’re thinking about getting it, GET it. Worth every penny.

As a parent who started with the original Owlet sock nearly a decade ago, upgrading to the DUO with CAM 2 for our second child was an easy decision. The system combines a quality camera with the smart sock technology I already trusted, and the improvements over the original were clear. The well-made system and user-friendly app provided peace of mind through two more children. Even after our youngest outgrew the sock, the camera continues to function as a great monitor in our boys' room, providing helpful temperature and humidity data. My only minor wish is for a separate way to view the temperature, but app notifications work well enough. Overall, we are very pleased. The Owlet DUO with CAM 2 offers excellent long-term value, lasting through multiple children and converting into a reliable room monitor. For parents who want a data-driven, user-friendly system that grows with their family, I highly recommend it.

I had this camera and sock on my registry and it was the most important/ best gift I received. It was the most expensive but it is well worth my mental health. After my first baby passed away from being born early my anxiety was through the roof with my next pregnancy. Once I got to bring him my rainbow baby it was a little less nerve wracking but this camera and sock have helped me so much and I will use this up until my baby is to big for it. I wish they made one for toddlers as they get older. Anyways I was not paid for my review and just wanted everyone to know how great this product is!

I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone with a newborn or small child! My daughter struggles with upper respiratory illnesses and this product (specifically the dream sock) has helped me determine when she needs my help or not. The graphical history and instant feedback for heart rate and O2 level have helped A TON. Very thankful.

I have been using the Owlet for 8 months now, and I LOVE it! It has given me peaceful nights of sleep (the nights my baby actually sleeps). I have peace of mind, HOWEVER, after a recent update, it has been extremely annoying in that when my baby is just about falling asleep the alarm will go off saying that there is a sock placement issue. Baby has been mostly still the entire time, or rather no major movements, but as he drifts off, there goes the alarm. So I'm some ways, it has also created some sleepless nights. Please fix whatever it is you have done wrong! Would still definitely recommend the Owlet dream sock, not so much the camera. Also to note, the velcro on one of the socks is already falling off and we've only been using it for about 4 months now.

After having the Owlet Dream for a couple of weeks, I thought I was going to love this product and that it would ease my anxiety. However, this has increased my anxiety levels even more. It gives false oxygen readings and the beeping is extremely loud. I was more anxious when my baby was using it than when he was not. On a personal preference I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I was diagnosed with extreme PPD/ PPA. I refused to sleep and would just stare at my daughter throughout the night to ensure she was breathing. My brother bought her an owlet sock when she was 2 weeks old and it’s the only reason I slept for the first 6 months of her life. I’ve never gotten a false alert or had any issues with the sock. The app and camera are sometimes glitchy but nothing major. I will definitely make this my go to baby gift for any and all of my friends who have babies.

I love that this gives me peace of mind at night to manage his BP and oxygen. I do have to warn some moms about the dislikes. Although my baby is not a premie he was really little. Very little feet the smallest sock does not fit him properly so every little movement he does or we do moving him the alarm on my phone and the charger goes off and it is VERY LOUD. This is good when it's needed like low BP or Oxygen but it's the same noise when it's a sock placement issue or when it "can't get a reading" this happens multiple times a night putting my husband and I in a panic. I reached out to the company so see of they had a smaller sock and they said no. I think the soxk needs to be redesigned. I don't want to not put it on my son because I'm a new mom and want him monitored but this design flaw really made me dislike the product.

Same resentment as the duped parent, the recordings were always available, then Owlet decided they want to move it behind a subscription which is $10/month or $100/year. We got this exact item with the sock. While the sock gives us piece of mind, it complains pretty frequently about connection as our girl loves to kick her legs around. But I can't get over the dispicable practice of taking a feature away and putting it behind a paywall. Management for Owlet needs to come up with premium features to try and capitalize on, not remove features. Will never buy anything from this company and I'm now full spite mode of telling everyone I know and writing reviews to tell people to stay away from this company.

Think twice... what you buy today may not be what they offer tomorrow. I purchased this sock/camera duo, in part, for access to review video clips --- however, the most recent app update means I can only look back at videos for about 12 hours. To have the access I was originally afforded, I have to subscribe and pay a monthly cost (this was not something I budgeted for when I selected the owlet sock/cam). This is totally unacceptable in my book. Owlet owes it to customers to offer/honor what they advertised... I've previously recommended this to so many moms, but I question the integrity of Owlet as a company. Until this is corrected, and customers are grandfathered in based on what they are sold, I can't in full confidence recommended Owlet.

I have 3 kids. My postpartum anxiety was through the roof with my first two babies, but this time since I have an owlet sock/camera it has brought so much peace of mind and I rarely experience any anxiety because I know that my baby is doing good. It has been a game changer. For how expensive this is though it is very disappointing all of the issues I have with it. My camera works most of the time, but my sock frequently says it’s disconnected from the wifi. I go through all the trouble shooting steps but they usually do not help. I lose a lot of sleep staying up and trying to get the sock to connect. My base station is always green so I know my baby is okay which I think is a great feature but when she is sleeping I’m not able to see the base station because it’s in her room, and I’m not getting and readings. Every time I try to chat in it’s usually too late and the support team has gone home for the day. The “Owlie” bot isn’t able to help me solve my problem. So with this review I’d just like to say that when it’s working it’s incredible and will put your mind at ease, but there are a lot of issues as well.

Not even a year and the camera quit working. It keeps saying camera is offline, such a hassle and we gave up. I should’ve just bought a different camera. Now we have to pay a subscription to see videos from previous days anyways so what’s the point. I do not recommend. I love the sock. Definitely worth it and helps with my anxiety specially when baby is sick.

My wife and I are first time parents. Having the extra confidence being able to see vital signs at a glance has been a confidence boost we need in making sure our son is safe. I was very critical in what camera choice for the nursery and found the owlet cam to be exactly what I was looking for with the protection of being encrypted. The functionality of cry and movement alerts are a plus. The app dashboard page is the whole package being able to see live video and vitals together. I would recommend this to any parent wanting additional monitoring of their children.

We love ours! Our girl wears her sock every night and I love the insights it gives me into how well she’s sleeping. The camera lets me shower with the bedroom door closed and also lets me know if our room is too cold or dry, which is really useful since we have a leaky window. Overall love it!

Truly not sure I would have made it those first couple weeks without our Owlet!! Completely saved my mental health and sanity..Absolute must with a baby!! By far the best baby shower gift I received!

I love the Owlet camera and dream sock! As a first time mom, my anxieties were high when it came to making sure my baby was okay while sleeping. Having the camera and dream sock made it easier for me to sleep myself knowing that if something was wrong, it would alert me and I would be woken up by the alarm. I also love how the app has all the information you need while baby is sleeping. My husband and I love this and definitely recommend it to everyone. Although it’s not considered a medical device and it does say if real issues keep alarming to seek proper medical attention (high/low heart rate or low oxygen) I appreciate that it at least gives me a baseline of where my baby is. 100% Recommend!!!
