I wish I could go back in time and have had this with my first son. I think the biggest thing I would change is to be able to have a handheld monitor and not just rely on my phone for viewing my child. Other than that, this is perfect and I would recommend this to anyone no matter if it’s the 1st kid or the 8th.
Peace of mind is priceless. Owlet is amazing!

We love the Owlet Dream Duo Set- because not only does the owlet monitor our precious Baby the camera also helps monitor too! If the O2 sat or pulse drops it sounds on the base and through phone to alert you. I couldn’t be more honest when I say if you can afford to please buy one. They can use these up to over a year old there are several different sock sizes for right and left feet. They’re comfortable and don’t leave marks or cut circulation off. The Owlet dream cameras allow you to speak through camera to sooth Baby if crying in the middle of night until you’re able to get to them, or allows you to hear them crying. You can speak through camera on both ways through app and through camera. Like I said above Peace of mind is 100% priceless and coming from a momma who knows what it’s like for their baby’s O2 to drop drastically and be super low is terrifying. The Owlet is amazing, I hands down recommend it to every expecting mama. Thank you Owlet for this amazing opportunity!

It was a bit of an annoyance to try and set up with my wifi. It would not connect even with following the instructions and going to the website. I didnt do anything different and it finally connected after tons of trying. Connecting was the more annoying part but the camera is super clear and even picks up the ceiling fan noise unfortunately. I move the camera around the house depending where the baby falls asleep and there’s always a little lag to connect but super clear camera. Wish the app had an option to mute the camera or turn it off when just using the sock. Great info on my baby’s sleep pattern as well.

I love that I can access it right from my phone—the video quality is sharp, the zoom feature makes it easy to check on my baby, and the sound, though delayed by about two seconds, is still clear and reliable. One of my favorite additions is the new health insights, which give us valuable information we didn’t have before. That said, I have experienced a few hiccups. On occasion, the video feed has cut out, causing the monitor to disconnect from my phone. I’ve also noticed that during nighttime feedings, if the sock shifts even slightly, it can set off the base alarm—sometimes startling my husband or even waking our toddler when he sneaks into our bed. (It gave him quite the scare one night!) Overall, I still think the Owlet Dream is a fantastic tool for parents and worth having. Just be prepared for a few minor quirks along the way.

It’s small and doesn’t take up alot of space which is a plus. Everything was packaged neatly, so that made the set up easy! I recommend this product. I can sleep comfortably at night because of this!

I love how I can check on my sleeping baby from the other room through my phone, I can check his temp, I can check the humidity in his room, I can monitor his bpm, and oxygen levels. It arrives beautifully packaged with user friendly fast setup. While also coming with easy to follow instructions and absolutely everything you need and extras! Im in the process of moving and when we’re all setup and finished Ill show “cuter” pictures but I will 100% be recommending to friends and family who have baby’s, toddlers, or are expecting! Ive tried two other monitors and no other compares to the quality of camera or has any of the other features, and peace of mind as Owlet baby care Dream duo this one specifically is the 3rd generation.

I know this gets mixed reviews based on other parents’ experiences, but after using it for over a year with our son, I can honestly say it’s been worth it. I didn’t use one with my last three babies, but after having our fourth we decided to give it a try. We did run into some of the same connectivity issues others mentioned, and it took a few tries to get it fully connected. It was frustrating at first, but worth it for the peace of mind. The instructions say to connect it to a 2.4 GHz WiFi channel, so make sure your router is capable of that beforehand. In the 13 months we have been using it, we’ve only had three alarms, all due to sock placement issues. Despite that, the sock has given us a lot of reassurance throughout the first year. One tip from our experience is to keep your baby’s foot covered with socks or footed pajamas to avoid the flashing yellow “sock placement” alert. It has been especially helpful when my son was sick, since we could immediately see his elevated heart rate on the app, which signaled a fever. Before this, we were using the Nanit Pro camera, but I really like that this one works with the same app as the Owlet sock. I love that you can see the O₂ and heart rate stats right at the top of the monitor screen, which saves me from having to go back and forth. Having everything in one place makes it much easier to use and navigate, and the app itself is very user friendly. I do pay for the subscription, and I feel it’s worth it for the daily insights. It shows your baby’s average O₂ levels, heart rate, comfort temperature, and even a breakdown of sleeping positions. It’s really interesting to see how much my son moves throughout the night. The app also gives you the daily average room temperature and humidity level. There are a few drawbacks, though. It does have a slightly longer lag compared to the Nanit, and while it’s not drastic, it is noticeable. The video quality also isn’t quite as sharp as the Nanit. Those are the only two cons I have found. Overall, it has been such a valuable source of reassurance, and I would definitely suggest it to fellow parents.

One of my close friends has one and couldn’t stop raving about it, so when I babysat for her baby, I saw it in action during nap time. It alerted me to movement, noise, even breathing, everything felt safe and secure. I can’t wait to use it full time for our own little one. Knowing it’s there is already calming.

The camera has amazing night vision, it isn’t pixelated at all and reaches every room in our 1900 sq ft house. I love that I can track my baby’s oxygen and pulse ox for the entire night with the graph! I cannot recommend this enough, especially for a newborn!

The video quality is clear, even at night, and the sound is very reliable. This monitor has everything you need to help you feel safe and know that your baby is being looked after when you can't be close. It not only includes a 2K HD video monitor, but it also includes the first FDA-cleared Dream Sock®. The setup was simple. I downloaded the Owlet App, and it walked me through the setup process. The process only took minutes. I was able to customize the camera for my grandson. Once the system is set up, the camera monitors the room's temperature and humidity level, as well as my grandson's cries, motion, and sound alerts. I love that this camera has built-in night vision, making it easy to see in the middle of the night. The video is crisp and clear. When paired with the Dream Sock®, the sock will monitor the baby's pulse rate, oxygen level, and sleep patterns. When my grandson goes out of the predetermined zones, I will get an alert right to my phone via the Owlet App. This duo also comes with a charging base for the Dream Sock® and four different-sized socks to use as your baby grows. The sock is easy to place on your baby's foot and stays in place once on. It is made of soft material. This is a quality baby monitor with many features, and I highly recommend it.

It gives me accurate, real time data on her pulse rate, oxygen level, and room temperature, which helps me feel confident that she’s safe and comfortable. The camera is just as impressive. When she takes naps in her room, I can keep an eye on her and hear her clearly with the two way audio. It’s so reassuring to be able to check in without disturbing her sleep. What I love and think it’s worth the money: - The combination of the Sock (for heart rate & oxygen) + the camera gives me both health metrics and visual reassurance — very helpful at night. - The camera’s night vision is clear and the app interface is pretty intuitive. - The alerts are a good safety feature — if something seems off, it notifies me immediately. What I found challenging: - I’ve gotten a few “difficulty reading” alerts that turned out to be false alarms — it can be stressful when it happens in the night. - The setup with wifi and syncing the devices took a few tries. - Because it relies on internet/cell signal, sometimes the video lags or disconnects briefly. Overall: I feel more secure knowing I have data + video, but I see it more as a supplement to safe sleep practices (not a replacement).
