Love it
Love it but lost the signal couple time even if we are near the base. But overall it help to reduce our anxiety during the night. The ajustable sock is perfect and never hurt our baby's skin. Ill recommande it!

Peace of mind!!
With triplets, especially premature babies and spent time in the NICU, I feel like I’m naturally a little more anxious about them, especially when they’re sleeping. Before I had the Dream Sock I was waking up multiple times a night making sure all three babies were okay. It has allowed me to get so much more sleep at night! And it’s easy to setup and use. I haven’t had any false alarms. The Dream Sight is so nice to see them quickly from my phone and know that my babies are okay when they’re not physically with me! The Dream Sock and Dream Sight has been such a helpful extra layer of reassurance. With three babies, anything that gives me a little more peace of mind is a win in my book.

Worst purchase ever!
Absolutely worse purchase I have ever made. I bought mine due to having my baby a month early and wanted to have a bit of security. This worthless piece of trash has had problems since day one. I literally troubleshoot it every night, multiple times during the night. I’ve even moved the base into the baby’s room hoping it would connect better but yet still tried to say to sock is too far from the base. Literally less than a foot from the base. Don’t waste your money.

Base has to be close to sock
Besides the set up issues with the weird WiFi settings, which is well documented at this point, we are annoyed that the base has to be so close to the sock. We want the base in our room on our nightstand, but if we take our baby to her nursery to sleep in her crib it will beep over and over because the base lost connection with the sock. We learned the base has to be close to the sock. Not helpful in our situation.

The absolute best invention for babies! Even with the owlet on at night in the early days I would “check her breathing” so I can’t imagine how poor my sleep would have been without it. We had a stent of co-sleeping too and it brought peace of mind for those nights when it’d have her in the c-curl next to me. Now she’s in her own room and I can rest easy knowing it’s tracking her sats for naps and during the night.

Deplorable Target Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with both Target’s quality control and, even more so, their customer service. I purchased an Owlet device from Target online on May 15 while it was on sale. My baby was not born until September 1, so I did not open the package until approximately 3.5 months after purchasing it. When I finally opened it, I discovered that the Owlet sock was clearly used — it had stains in multiple places and visible creasing consistent with having previously been worn by another baby. Because this is a product that goes directly on a newborn, I found this completely unacceptable and, frankly, unsanitary. I first went to a Target brick-and-mortar location to try to resolve the issue. I was told that because I had purchased the item online, I needed to contact Target’s online customer service. I did exactly that and ultimately spoke with an escalated supervisor. The response I received was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I was told that there was absolutely nothing Target could do to override the return/exchange window and that I should have opened the product sooner. To be clear, I was not requesting my money back, I was simply requesting a new product (one that has not been worn by another baby, given I was buying a ~$250 item that was advertised as new). I explained that I should not be expected to "quality check" a supposedly new product immediately after purchasing it to make sure Target didn't send me a previously used item. More importantly, I explained that I was not comfortable putting a visibly used and stained sock on my newborn baby. The supervisor's response was essentially the same: I should have opened it sooner. I have no issue with the Owlet product itself. My issue is entirely with Target. If Target is selling an item as new, I expect to receive a new, unused product. And if Target makes a mistake and sends a customer a used product — particularly a product intended to be worn by a newborn with a fragile immune system — I would expect them to take responsibility for that mistake, regardless of an arbitrary return window. Instead, Target chose to blame the customer for not discovering their quality-control failure quickly enough. I would give Target negative stars if that were an option. After this experience, I will never shop at Target again and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Owlet dream sock
the owlet dream sock has brought us so much comfort and security. when our son was 2 weeks old we would take shifts staying up all hours of the night to watch over our baby and check him. once we had the owlet sock it was like we could finally take a breath. knowing our son is being monitored while we rest for a few hours. our son is 5.5 months old now and we still use his owlet every single night. i’ll forever be grateful for this invention. thank you.

Very happy
Love the sense of security this brings, it’s really eased my anxiety, I do wish it had temperature monitoring, if that’s even possible!

It gives a great peace of mind, especially as a new parent and transitioning my baby to the crib from room bassinet, it’s a very helpful tool.

Peace of mind
Great for peace of mind for our NICU baby. He is a squirmy guy so we do get connection issue warnings often if he is awake.

Disappointing!! The base is constantly going off saying it’s too far from the station. Even when we’re not very far from the base. More of a headache than a piece of mind.

The sock
My grandmother had ordered me this as a gift after we had lost our baby boy from SIDs. The camera and sock is amazing. Like, a really amazing thing. Even if our girl kicks off her sock (6mths old), the app lets us know and even lets my husband know while hes at work. It's nice to know I can just look at her readings and the camera and ensure that she is okay. Definitely a life and anxiety saver for me and my husband. This is more of a huge thank you for whoever made and thought of this sock and camera. You've brought a huge relief to us.

Great but wish there is temperature detection
I got it for my second child and it is a great product to use for new and existing parents. it gives us a peace of mind when our baby is sleeping. Whether you are a first time parents or not, there are always something we worry about. The alarm is really loud though. One thing i wish this sock has is temperature detection on the baby. My baby has congenital hypothyroidism and i am always worry about his body temperature while he is sleeping. Wish the next one would have the temperature detection .

The one item I couldn’t live without!
As a first-time mom, I was filled with anxiety and had such a hard time settling down at night without constantly checking on my baby girl. The Dream Duo has been a game changer for me, from nighttime sleep to daytime naps! Being able to see her through the Dream Sight camera and check her pulse rate and oxygen levels with the Dream Sock—all in one app—gives me so much peace of mind. It’s helped me feel more reassured and confident as I navigate being a new mama. 🤍
