Awesome gluten free cornbread. This does not have the sugar added to mix and is far superior to any other gf brand. Cannot find it in southern Texas grocery stores. Thank you for having it in stock.

This was the first time for me to try this product. The whole bag is used for the one pan of cornbread. It was VERY easy to mix, bake and get out of the pan - AND delicious!!! Will definitely buy and make again!

Eating gluten free is much easier using Pamela's products. I use coconut oil instead of butter and add whole corn to the mix for really yummy results. No one can tell they're gluten free because they're soooo good. The corn in this cornbread mix is organic, so it's a winner in my opinion.

Pamela's cornbread mix is a real hit with me. It's always difficult to find tasty gluten free products, but this mix is a real winner. My favorite way to use this is in making the muffins, with craisins and orange zest and juice. I freeze them, and pop them in the microwave on defrost.
