I used and loved Pantene shampoo LONG ago, but haven't used it for over 30 years. I was killing time at the drugstore the other day and saw the Rose Water shampoo and decided to give it a try. I normally use really expensive shampoo, and my standards are high, but I was drawn to my historical favorite (and I love rose water - so soothing!). Well, I love this shampoo! I often have an itchy scalp, even with my fancy and very pure shampoos, but this shampoo is not only soothing, my hair feels soft and it's shiny and beautiful! Thank you Pantene! My hair is super damaged lately and my sister got me some really fancy shampoo/conditioner that is really good but super expensive. If I could literally give this product negative stars I would! I’m getting married in a month and I wanted to make my hair health thick and strong. This product did the exact opposite! MY HAIR WAS FALLING OUT IN CHUNKS! And my scalp was SO ITCHY I WAS IN PAIN! I thought it was stress but after talking to my hair dresser, do not I repeat DO NOT use this product if you like your thick hair! I’m so disappointed and disgusted that this is even on the market! Take it from someone that was prepping for their big day and within a month I was getting bald spots! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!

I loathe conditioner. I mean, hate it with the fire of a thousand suns. My hair is baby-fine and tangles insanely. I’ve spent so much money trying to find a good one, from the unbelievably pricey to cheaper versions. All had the same result, no matter how much I used, or how well I rinsed. Hair that initially looked/felt okay, but later on had a sticky/gummy/weighted down feel. Just absolutely disgusting. I picked up a travel version of this simply because I like the scent of roses. I had very little hope that it would do much for my hair. Hate to use tired clichés, but it has been truly life-changing. My hair feels thick, silky, zero tangles. Best of all, no gummy residue, even the next day! A cosmetic chemist I watch online states that bis-aminopropyl dimethicone is a good silicone that doesn’t add weight or make the hair feel dirty. I checked the ingredients list, & that it what this miracle contains. Finally!! I think I know what my hair wants and needs. In conclusion to my novel, please never change the formulation. It may not work for everyone, but it has made me a delighted human being who loves her previously icky hair.

My hair is fine and tends to get frizzy with the least hint of humidity. When I use these Pantene products my hair comes out shiny and smooth and resists humidity, at least until I go outside in the swampy Northern Virginia summer air! I'll start seeing some hairs curl up but it's much less visible than when I use other shampoos. I recommend this if you want to keep your hair smooth, but if you're going for a curly look, it might make it a little harder to retain curls. Still, it's a great value and cleans your hair really well, especially if you want to use it between washing with more expensive shampoos or if you have a lot of buildup of styling products.

I am so confused by this shampo/conditioner combo. it says that it's moisture boost miracle, but all it did was dry the heck out of my hair. my hair is not naturally dry, but this shampoo somehow dries it out. it's very strange. This is the worst shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. First, it stripped the color out of my hair within two uses. Then, my hair started breaking off and falling out. My hair is frizzier and drier than it has ever been. My hair is totally destroyed. Don’t risk it!

I sent my 18 year old son to buy my usual shampoo (Dove), but he forgot what I used. He came home with Pantene Miracle Moisture Boost with rose water shampoo. I didn't think I would like it because normally the regular Pantene doesn't do that well on my hair. Shockingly, this shampoo is incredible! It leaves my hair soft and silky, tames my frizz, and my hair looked healthier after two washes! I definitely recommend this shampoo. I need to try the conditioner to see if it's as great.
