Paul Mitchell Smooth+ Flat Iron - Black - 1.5"

I have had a paul mitchell flat irom for years and when i saw the tan color come out I added it to my birthday list but I do have a question? The screen where the numbers are looks foggy, can anyone tell me if this is how it goes.

I had previously purchased a much less expensive flat iron thinking that a flat iron is a flat iron, right? Boy, was I wrong. I purchased this Paul Mitchell flat iron and it is amazing. My hair looks like I just left the salon after using this tool. It is much easier on my hair and gives me just the results that I wanted on my fine hair.

Nice works well not to heavy to hold does a nice finish on hair I use it to tame my natural curls into a calmer look

Best flat iron I have had. Love the extra width.The plates are very gentle on my fine hair.

Is not working good

This was my favorite flat iron of all time INTIL I took it with me to Sicily, while using it with the converter I have used with all my previous hair dryers and flat irons, it completely burned out. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IN EUROPE. IT RUINED MY VACATION BECAUSE I COULDNT DO MY HAIR. I don’t even know if I have any recourse with the manufacturer. Very disappointed!!

My first ever Paul Mitchell express ion pro tools hair straightener lasted 12+ years! It has been the best flat iron that I have ever owned (even after it started falling apart) so of course when it was finally time to say goodbye I came straight to this website to purchase another one. I cannot figure out how to keep the temp at 300F. Temp keeps rising and my hair cannot handle it. Hope someone can help me. There must be some way to adjust the temp.

I’ve been using this flat iron for the last 6 months and I loved it. I went to use it today and it won’t turn on :( expensive for the short time it lasted.

I bought a Paul Mitchell flat iron in 2005. I thought it was a bit pricey . Boy was it worth it!! It is still working 16 years later! I use it twice a week and sometimes as a touch up. I would definitely recommend this flat iron

I first found these flat irons in 2012 at the salon as well as a friends house. Easily one of my favourite flat irons although it’s really only good for that. I bought my own in 2013 and only am just retiring it now because my hair isn’t staying straight anymore and mine has also recently broken. I had the older model so I can’t speak for the new ones but if they are truly an improved version than it is most definitely worth the buy!

Let me tell you, this is the BEST straightener I’ve ever had. I had an older version of it and it died last week, which I’m sad about. But no joke it lasted me TEN years, so 10/10 well worth the money. :)

I’ve owned many flat irons, but this one, I loved right out of the box. Quick to heat up and the plates are smooth. Love the feel of it in my hand. A winner!

I bought this flat iron for myself as a birthday present to myself. I had always used a Revlon flat iron from Wal-Mart, and just got tired of not getting the results that I wanted. I absolutely love this flat iron! I have been using it for around a month now and have no complaints. I love the super long cord, I love that the buttons are on the inside so I don't accidentally hit them while styling my hair. It is so smooth and styles my hair just the way I want. I highly recommend!
