Former stylist, this is 1 of my top 2 favorite iro
Love this iron. Its one of my top 2 irons used. Won this in a retail sales competition and it became my favorite. I used it for years (quality made) and purchased another when it was time for replacement. Quick to heat up, grips the hair nicely, less passes needed to achieve desired style with this iron than many others I've tried.

Not what I expected.
I like it OK and use it but my biggest complaint is it doesn't fell like it touches the hair fully. When I press down it diesnt seem to close completely. It does curl the hair, I have to repeatedly go over the same area tp then that smooth effect. It is the wider wand so Imm going to try the smaller size.

I have thick hair that can be decently wavy at times and I have to run over pieces multiple times with this flat iron to get them straight. I will say though once it’s straight it stays straight! Don’t know if I would purchase again at this price point.

Updated version just as amazing!
I had the same style of Paul Mitchell flat iron for 20 years without a problem, but unfortunatly the plates began to wear out. I decided to purchase the same iron because of my success with the former one. This has not disappointed! It's a bit larger which is a bonus because my hair is longer, but very fine and the temperature control is perfect! I would definitely recommend this flat iron for perfectly smooth hair without any harm or breakage! I use with conditioning flat iron spray to make it softer and for protection.

I love this flat
I love this flat iron. I always used Chi before and they would last maybe a year if I was lucky. I have had this iron for at least 5 years and it still works the same as it did the first day. You can adjust the heat and dont need to go very high.

I love this iron! I use it all the time, and I wish more people knew about this one!! My hairstylist suggested this one because my Chi stopped working out of nowhere!!
