    Disappointed

    Given the name, I had such high hopes. Sadly it didn’t work out for me. I had it at 375 which is my usual but I noticed it took me a couple of tries to get my wavy hair straightened. I then increased the temp to 400 - did not see any improvement. Finally gave up and went back to my $20 Remington. This will be going back. Wasted so much money on this.

    Love it

    I have used Paul Mitchell flat irons forever and I love them, the only reason I didnt give 5 stars is that the area that shows them temp if very "cloudy looking" it is hard to see the number, but would def buy again.

    Hear me out..

    Okay, so I do not have this flat iron. I did however USED to have a Paul Mitchell Tarina Tarantino flat iron that I got years ago, and I ADORED it. It was hands down the best flat iron I have ever used. Unfortunately, it was stolen a few months ago abd I have been heartbroken ever since. I don't currently have the money to be buying hair tools so I don't have a replacement, but if you are going to get a flat iron get one of these. They are worth it! 100%.

    Pulling my hair

    I have the older version of the Paul Mitchell hair straightener and I really loved it but I gave it to my stepdaughter so I decided to purchase a new one with a new updated model of 2025 and it heats up great and it straightens my hair nice but my hair is getting stuck in something on the hair straightener and pulling my hair out. This makes it very uncomfortable to use as my other one did not do that
