Best invention!
This feeder has changed our lives! This makes it so easy to portion our kitties food so that they don't overeat. It also make it fun for our cat, as they love hearing the sound of the food being doled out. One recommendations is that there is a sillicon bowl insert for early morning feedings - we live in an apartment and the metal bowl was too early for the 6am feedins we do, so I had to find an alternative bowl - but I would totally buy one directly from Petlibro if it were available! Overall - recommending this bowl to everyone and anyone who has a kitty!

Could not get WIFI to connect
I could not get my wifi to connect with the feeder, which may have been a problem with by router, however, I decided to just return the product...but PETLIBRO rejected my request to make the return, which I didn't even know was possible. Online reviews indicate that people often have trouble connecting their device to wifi. I don't recommend make purchases from PETLIBRO.

My Lifesaver
This is the coolest product ever! I don't have to worry about my cat running out of food when I am at work. It gives him the right amount so that he doesn't gouge and get sick. Also, after I sit down to relax I don't have to get back up to feed him. I just open the app on my phone and Wala my fussy fur baby is fed.

Automatic feeder
The feeder works as it should. My concern is it isn't large enough for my lab. So I am adding food to it every several days. I do have one for my cats and it is great for them.

Great, but the app needs work
My only issue is that the "scheduled" feeding time you set up on the app, will not stay on. It seems to reset its self every day. I want my boy to get his lunch while I'm at work. So I have a daily reminder to open the app and feed him "manually". Works great though! Low food warning/notification is great.

Works but..
I love this but I only have 2 issues with it. One: The food outlet gets blocked constantly even if there is nothing preventing it from being blocked; I use hard cat food and it's not like it's too big for the feeder. And secondly: The amount you can set in cups is inaccurate. But other then having to clear the blockages constantly it works great

We have two feeders now, one for our dog and one dual feeder for our cats. Our fur babies LOVE their Petlibro feeders and come running like "Pavlov's Dogs" whenever they hear the dinner alert go off! It makes life a little bit easier because you know that your cat will feel good and fed at time :) I'm really happy to own it and would recomend it to all my friends As a point to improve I'd suggest to replace alcaline D batteries with built in rechargable battery. I live in Ukraine and for us now power outages are part of life

too big of portions to bulky, and you need it connect to a Wi-Fi cord at all times. The batteries are useless. Do not even help make it wireless
