Q: Only have a land line phone...no Bluetooth....will it still work???
A: Yes, the Philips Sonicare for Kids Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush will still work without Bluetooth.
submitted byPhilips Consumer Care - 8 months agoA: Hello there! Yes, the Philips Sonicare for Kids Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush will still work without Bluetooth. The Bluetooth feature is mainly for syncing with an app, but the toothbrush itself functions effectively on its own.

Q: What ages is the app geared towards? Worried that my son will find it too baby-ish if it is geared more towards toddlers…
A: Hello there! The Philips Sonicare for Kids' Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush and app are designed for children aged 4 to 10 years. The app's interactive features make brushing fun and educational. If your son is closer to 10, he might still enjoy it, but it could feel a bit young for him.

Q: After a few months the Bluetooth stopped connecting to the phone. Is there anything we can do?
A: Hi! To connect your Bluetooth Philips Sonicare toothbrush to the Sonicare app, ensure that your toothbrush and phone are paired via Bluetooth. If you are using the app for the first time, you will need to pair your toothbrush. Follow the instructions provided in the app. Once your toothbrush is paired with the app, it will connect and sync when turned on. Your phone needs to be nearby with Bluetooth activated and the app open. If the steps didn't work, kindly reach out to us at 1-800-682-7664. We are open from Monday through Sunday, every 9:00 AM - to 9:00 PM EST and Sunday: from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST.

Q: how often do you change brush heads?
A: Hi there, We recommended to replace your Philips Sonicare Brush Head every three months of normal use (brushing twice a day). One reason is because brush heads can get weary and will be less effective in removing plague.
