A: Hi Lucy, wrap the weight around your wrist or ankle, thread the strap through the metal D-ring and pull the strap until its snug, then press down on the hook and loop closure strips to secure.

A: Hi GG, the neoprene cannot be removed. Our ankle/wrist weight can be cleaned with a damp cloth and should not be soaked.

Not made for very small wrists
Nicely made weights, especially for the price. But too big for my small wrists. Probably need wrist circumference of 8” or more so Velcro will hold. I am going to keep them for ankle weights.
