Smudges and doesnt stay put!
The pencil is great for three seconds while the tip is ultrafine and sharp the minute you put it on however it smudges instantly. Forget about your waterline because it’s going to be one big smudgy mess as well Horrible.

This liner is insanely Smudgy. I've never had an eyeliner transfer so much. Not good on the waterline AT ALL. You'll have it all over your lower lid for days. Awful.

Goes on very smooth without pulling on eye. Unfortunatly keeping it sharp wastes a lot, especially since it isn't very much to start with. so, I don't sharpen for day to day wear. I also like that it is made for going along waterline. It washes off fairly easily, but if small pieces fall to floor or countertop, it smears and needs full mop job to clean off.

My Go To
I’ve used high end tight line/waterline liners and now use this one exclusively. Easy to use, no sharpening needed and can’t beat the price. To prevent it from breaking, you only need the tip to peak out from the case. If I want a more made up look, I’ll take it above my lash line and make the line thicker and/or tap eyeshadow on top of the liner and smudge. Like with most make up that is long wearing, you need a make up remover to take it off because just soap and water is not enough.

Pretty but did not last
This did not last at all on my waterline. Within an hour it looked like I just finished crying. I didn't even have mascara on. I do like that this liner is very pigmented and glided on easily but it did not last on my waterline so I don't recommend.
