I recently got the Playseat Challenge NASCAR Edition, and wow I am loving it! It came in a small box that was easy to carry and move to assemble. Putting it together was super easy, no tools needed, just slide a few parts into place. I had it ready in about 10 minutes. What I love most is how easy it is to adjust everything. I’m on the taller side and usually struggle to find a seat that feels right, but this one fits me perfectly. I could move the pedals and wheel to the exact spot I wanted, and it only took a few seconds to switch things around. The seat itself is actually really comfy. The material feels good, and you can adjust the back and seat padding with Velcro. I’ve done long gaming sessions, like 2 or 3 hours straight and didn’t feel sore or tired at all. One cool thing is how the steering support opens like a car door. It makes getting in and out so much easier. It also just feels more like a real race car setup, which makes playing even more fun. And when I’m done, I can fold the whole thing up with the pedals and wheel still on it, and slide it under my bed. It doesn’t take up much space, and it’s light enough to move around without a problem. If you’re into racing games and want something that feels real but won’t take over your room, this setup is honestly perfect. Love it!

I love that it came pre assembled and ready to go straight out of the box, you just unfold it and it’s ready to use. I also love that when you’re not using it, it takes literal seconds to fold it up and stow it away. It fits perfectly under my son’s bed! For the most part, it’s comfortable to use, but for tall people it’s a bit hard to find your comfort zone while use, it only extends out so far.

My son and his children are having so much fun visiting grandma‘s and playing their games in this chair. I have to say, when I first opened the package and saw so many parts and a 24 page instruction booklet I was a little intimidated and almost returned it. But then I looked at the directions and they weren’t so complicated. I carefully followed one instruction after another and this 65 year-old grandmother was able to put the chair together all by myself. Everything I needed was included even the Allen wrenches and bolts and screws. I love anything that brings the grandchildren to my house and this chair is the ticket. I even sat in it to watch TV and it is very comfortable. I would recommend this Challenge X playseat to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My boyfriend had been wanting one of these seats for a while and was super excited for it! There’s definitely some pros and cons to it though. The initial setup was moderately easy, but requires some ingenuity, as the instructions have no words, but rather only very vague photos. The wheel mount that goes over your lap was very difficult to get attached to the chair and seems improperly fit. Took quite a bit of force to get it popped into place on the one side, but luckily this step is only needed for first time assembly. However the other side, which has a twisting lock/unlock that allows the wheel mount bar to swing up (so you can exit the chair), does not align correctly. This makes it difficult to get in/out of the chair easily, and requires extra force to push the bar into the proper position to swing up. Not sure if we received a faulty chair, or if this is intentional. Other than this, he really liked it! The chair is very heavy but feels quite sturdy. The seat is attached with heavy duty Velcro, so we’ll have to see how it holds up over time. His Logitech steering wheel and pedals attached perfectly. There were plenty of Velcro straps provided to manage the cords as well. It can be folded easily with everything attached, which is great for storage. Note that you’ll likely want a lower screen setup for use with this, since the chair sits lower than your typical desk/gaming chair. Great for a fun racing setup that can be hidden away when not in use!

Setting it up was surprisingly easy, and the foldable design makes storage a breeze, which is perfect for the limited amount of spaceI currently have. The seat is comfortable even during long gaming sessions, and the adjustable frame lets me find the perfect driving position. The build quality is solid, and it feels pretty sturdy(for a 180lb małe). Pairing it with my steering wheel and pedals(once i dig them out of storage) will be an immersive experience that’s hard to beat. If you love racing games but need a compact solution, this is worth every penny!

It easily holds my family members from 110-205 pounds. It has 6 seating positions. Very adjustable for all your gaming needs. My teens love this. It’s affordable and easy to store when not in use. Folds right up and weighs about 25 pounds. It comes with a mount for your steering wheel/shifter. We are going to use it with a Logitech G29 steering set. It is compatible with some other brands as well. The material is thick and feels like it will last a very long time. Great value.

It is much more substantial than I expected and is a bit heavy. That being said, it holds my husband (265 lbs.) and I and my very tall son (6’4”). It was way more comfortable than I was expecting. I can see there will be a lot of arguing over who gets to use this. Space is at a premium in our house. So, I love that this can be folded up and put away! I did mistakenly think that it included the shifter, steering wheel and pedals. So I was a little disappointed about that, but that was my mistake. It took about 40 minutes to put together. Instructions were very thorough.
