Worst pillow to mankind it’s not adjustable its hard and I prefer a firmer pillow. It leaves your head at a weird angle where your neck is being extended. Absolutely awful the good reviews are from people who got them for free to review. DO NOT PURCHASE

Most uncomfortable pillow ever. It’s not “adjustable” like you would think. The foam doesn’t come out, the pillow only has a zipper to tighten it. Felt like sleeping on a rock

So far, I’m still adjusting to the pillow. I really like that it’s adjustable. You can go from firm to soft just by using the provided zipper. The only drawback from me is that the pillowcase is somewhat flimsy. Be careful after washing.

Let me start by saying I’ve been through quite a few pillows even the Casper brand which is expensive and have had no luck. I’ve been waking with headaches because of my pillow and need a new one. I’ve been looking for a pillow that is comfy and doesn’t make me wake with a headache. This is NOT it! After reading reviews that this was a perfect side sleeper pillow I of course ordered. Came yesterday and could not wait to try. This pillow is soooo high! My neck is not at a good position when laying on this even when I make it more firm by zipping it up. I’ll be taking this back and on the hunt again.

This pillow is amazing. I’ve always bought regular pillows and fussed with them constantly all night to get comfortable. Not necessary with this pillow. And LOVE that it’s adjustable.

This pillow is AMAZING, it's firm but soft at the same time. I love it Bc I am side sleeper and it keeps my head supported and my neck feels so much better. The perfect firm/soft combo pillow. I bought 2 of the king size, only thing is they are a bit small for king pillows

I love the firmness of this pillow, and the ability to adjust firmness using the zipper. I'd been having neck pain, but it disappeared when I started using this. The chemical smell is very noticeable initially -- the *only* drawback for me so far!

Finally, a pillow that's tall enough for this side sleeper! It's firm but still soft to lay on, holds it's shape well so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this pillow for exactly 1 month now and it is very supportive. It’s very firm and definitely works great for a side sleeper. My wife is a stomach sleeper and sleeps with one arm under her pillow, this pillow is way too firm for her. I really like it though! My only downfall is that I don’t feel like it’s super breathable and not “cool”. However, it hasn’t bothered me and been “hot”. I enjoy this pillow and definitely recommend it for a side sleeper.

If you zip it up it’s firm, firmer than I would want to use. When you unzip it, it’s so soft and comfortable! My head and neck feel great and add in the cooling effect and I end up with the best nights sleep!!! The queen size is perfect. I’m a side sleeper and I can adjust my position over and over and it’s always perfect! I will definitely be getting more of these!

I suffer from arthritis in my neck from a previous car accident and have tried dozens of pillows in various shapes and sizes and always seem to wake up stiff and uncomfortable. I was excited to hear about this pillow and that it was adjustable- maybe something that could help! First impressions is that is pillow is really well made. I love the quilted appearance. It feels soft but has a solid base for support. If you unzip the outer case, you can sleep on a softer feel and when used over the pillow, you have a firmer pillow! How genius is that?? It is practically two pillows in one! The material inside the pillow seems to shape to your head and neck, creating a perfect sleep spot and provides the perfect amount of support. Another feature?? This pillow also has gel memory foam- no more hot pillow. Not even with the heater blasting- which is amazing- because, well, hot flashes and all. My last favorite feature is that this pillow is hypoallergenic and antimicrobial. This makes me feel great and is an added feature that I really love! All in all, this pillow is amazing. I love the two in one feature, the softness and high quality of the material. My only complaint is that I took so long to find this! I have been sleeping great at night since I have had this!

I noticed one side is firmer then the other which is nice especially if I am having neck trouble. The only drawback I have is that this pillow does make me hot in the middle of the night. I think if this had a cooling gel feature it would honestly be the perfect pillow.

I've tried zipping it all the way up for the firm but I love it unzipped soft and cool. I've went and bought one for my husband. Bovaform has really outdone there self.
