Completed order wrong twice

I first ordered a twin extra long pair of sheets and then received the wrong pattern. So i returned and ordered the same twin extra long sheets again and received the right pattern but they are regular twin size. The sheets feel and look great but I am about to have to return for the second time and don’t want to order again.
