PopSockets Vent Mount with MagSafe - Black

I had this mount years ago and never had problems but had an older phone and different pop socket. Just purchased a new MagSafe pop socket and got another vent mount and it doesn’t support the weight of the phone. If you turn quickly it flies right out. Bummed but I will be returning it.

Horrible product! I ordered for my new car to clip to vent. I did not a phone holder that I have to adhere to the dash. Well let me tell you! Everyday this vent mount is falling off my vent and into floor with phone in it. Skills very easily out of vent and doesn’t hold phone well.

This holder would not stay in my vent. It would look to be secure, but the second I put my phone in it, it falls out.

Love the magnetic part it’s very strong and it makes it easier rather than hooking it on

I really wanted this to work, but it doesn’t hold the weight of my phone and just falls straight out of the vent. I tried rotating and nothing makes it work.

As stated, the device is securely attached and does not require any additional support due to its robust magnets. .

Love how well it stays put in my vent but do not love that I don’t have a great vent in my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder for the mount. The vent to the right of my steering wheel is where I want to mount my phone but the vent and instrument panel is covered by the hooded dashboard. I tried the vent mount on the left near the window but the phone screen reflects off the side window at night and is impossible to read. It’s a no-win situation.

The magnet is too strong and ends up sticking to my phones pop socket and then I have to separate them and then put it back on the vent. I would return it if I didn’t throw away the box already.

Perfect if you like your pop and don’t always wanna remove it

Allows easy reach and viewing for using map while driving.

Love the mount, nothing bad to say. Only wish they had a dashboard version.

I just purchased this and I’m extremely disappointed. I usually love pop socket products but this one definitely did not hold up to its name. The holder and phone kept falling out of the air vent when the phone was attached to it.

Works amazing has not fallen like the regular holders after a while my old one would always fall. The only issue is the magnet is strong so sometimes I take it off my vents trying to grab my phone

I ordered this to replace my old mount because I got a new MagSafe pop socket and this was the only one. This one doesn’t compare to my old non-pop socket mount. After trying to pick up my phone from the mount three times the whole thing fell off the vent. My phone also got knocked off the mount with one small bumb. Returned and I’ll probably just return my case and go back to my old car mount that actually works

I was scared after ordering it since I saw some reviews saying it doesn’t hold their phones and doesn’t stay in the vent. I clipped mine on and it worked. I noticed there was two sizes on the clip, and it stays in place for my Samsung phone with an otter box. Fast shipping to my rural box number, in the middle of Canada. It also came days before the expected arrival. I'm very happy, Thank you. I will be ordering again in the near future!

When it arrived, it looked like they had sent the wrong attachment; but after I figured it out, it worked great - just like the one it is replacing. Makes my driving experience so much more pleasant and safer as well!

I noticed there are two different size spacing for the vent. One wide and the other slim. Make sure to choose the correct one so that it doesn't fall from the vent.

MagSafe works but too heavy for the vent so the phone ends tilting downwards.

It attaches well to the phone at the beginning but the phones falls off very easily and that makes it hard to use. Not very functional.
