Q: Can the 3M Mount be placed on a vertical surface? (like a wall is vertical) I would like to place it next to the radio buttons. I am concerned that it might not hold.

Q: Will the 3M mount hold on a verticle serfice? My dash is too high to place it on top, so I'd like to place it next to a radio button, which is not flat, but more like a wall. Will it hold?
